You’ve been bemoaning “attacks on free speech” for years now, but when the government targets an educational institution for reprisal based on the speech of its students, it’s okay because they’re “globalists.”

lol it’s not just speech. You have violent demonstrations and connections to the CCP at Harvard

not even remotely similar

These universities are cesspools of far left ideology and operations

What “violent demonstrations?” Are you talking about the simple act of students protesting? There hasn’t been outright violence. What “connections to the CCP?” Are you just talking about Chinese students studying at a university? If you’re going to take the position, you have to actually provide examples, instead of deciding “certain speech in okay with and I say should be protected, but not other speech.”

I doubt JM here has any interest in these links, but I respect the attempt.

Of course he doesn’t, he just got absolutely mogged lmao. Would be easier to just say “I hate Trump” and don’t care what’s happening on US campuses and leave it there.

Bro I’m happy to review links, that’s the part of dialogue you claim to love but shut down. So you’ve got a two year old single case of violence, and a 5 year old instance of a single professor with CCP alleged espionage. Both should be addressed individually as they were - but does that mean you target an entire educational institution and try to strip it of certain rights and protections it has? Where’s the dividing line on this? Violence happens at all sorts of universities and should be addressed, but the govt is only targeting some - that demonstrates this is an attempt to crack down on certain speech the govt doesn’t agree with, and your claiming that this is supprortable because the institution supports “globalists” indicates you’re fine with the same viewpoint based attacks. If that’s the case, then you’re transparently not about “all” free speech, but only ones you like.
