372: Where Our Tax Dollars Have Been Going

Good morning — hope the week is going well for everyone.

Today’s post covers some of the most important information you as an American will likely come across in the coming years. Those around the globe will find great interest in it as well.

A complete and comprehensive look inside the corruption within the US government and overseas that has taken place over the course of the last 5-6 years was exposed this week. There is so much of it, it’s hard to wrap your head around the scale.

The short of it?

Politicians, mainly those on the far left along with NGOs, special purpose groups, charities, and other organizations, primarily USAID, have been laundering money, defrauding the American people, funding political movements, and enriching themselves with taxpayer money.

It’s one of the wildest things I have ever laid eyes on.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is the U.S. government agency supposedly responsible for administering foreign aid and development assistance. It operates under the U.S. Department of State and is SUPPOSED to play a key role in promoting economic growth, humanitarian relief, and global stability.

That is very much NOT what our friends at USAID have been doing.

One whistleblower who worked there recently said he had to take a DEI training and do a “privilege walk” while working there (to give you an idea of what we are dealing with).

Leading up to the last election — critics/trolls would generally highlight that many of my points were alarmist or dramatic. Many of us were called conspiracy theorists for pointing out obvious lies, corruption, and schemes that plagued the US and world as of late — ranging from government overreach, to political corruption, to the War in Ukraine, Covid, and much more. If you called the Biden Administration, the Biden Regime they would think you were an extremist.

If you called the bullshit early on regarding the Hunter Biden cover up or Biden family corruption in Ukraine you were ignored.

If you stated the obvious, that the DOJ, FBI, and other federal agencies were being politicized to target opponents you were a nut-job.

Saying that big tech was censoring information at scale or altering election made you a conspiracy theorist.

All of this of course was true and rooted in fact, it just took awhile to come out.

Those of us who stuck to our guns and called this shit out have been right on pretty much everything. It’s not possible at this point in time to be more vindicated. The facade and big lie is over. It is crumbling.

Over the years everyone liked to make it simple and group people into two easily recognizable groups — the MAGA side and the woke left, if you disagreed with the corporate/politically correct cultural norms you were a far right lunatic by default. Efforts were made by the regime in power (which was inherently leftist) to paint the right as a threat and ensure that a mass echo chamber was propagated by the media and by establishments (all under far left control).

I’ve said it many times before — I lean conservative/libertarian depending on the issue. I utterly detest the modern fringe left/bureaucrat class as do many other people, and this is for good reason. The sliver of leftist and DC uniparty elites that has come to hijack modern politics represented (and probably still does) the single greatest threat to the US and the world, and this of course is the precise reason they loved saying the far right was the real threat to democracy.

This group is comprised of politicians on both sides of the aisle, the elite, the academics, those in our institutions, NGOs, and many within branches of the federal government and adjacent agencies.

And that's a super important thing to highlight today. Cowards on the right and those complicit in what is taking place are just as guilty as those on the left. However, this political and social ideology powering the machine all these years was predominantly leftist in nature, the majority of donations and grants given during the Biden Administration.

When paired and aligned with similar political parties globally (globalists) the damage done to the world was extensive and the impact of those policies and efforts is now beginning to be uncovered. People are also waking up at an accelerated rate.

This isn’t me trying to say Trump is god, or that those on the right are always correct or better (this transcends Trump).

Sanity is being restored to the US and more people are coming to their senses.

You cannot be a serious person and support open borders or unchecked immigration

You cannot think it’s okay that we send endless money overseas while neglecting Americans or that the politicians in DC use our tax money to enrich themselves

You cannot think it’s acceptable that a President is almost killed twice

You shouldn’t be okay with one sided media and clear bias

You shouldn’t accept election irregularities or interference

You shouldn’t support any system that isn’t based on merit or who is most qualified to do a job

These are all common sense issues and there’s really only one correct take on them if you’re a sensible and rational person. It doesn’t mean you’re a Trump fanboy or you’re far right or a Republican convert — it just means you’re a sensible person.

Unfortunately the regime in power and this force beneath the surface in the US (that has been flushed out this week) — has done an excellent job over the years of giving the impression that it’s not simple. Worse, they have literally used your tax money to fund initiatives you don’t agree with AND that actively subvert you.

Truth is — it really is that simple as Trump is showing, we’ve just strayed incredibly far from logic and merit based systems of government and societal norms. Something could always be done to root out this corruption and do what needed to be done in the US citizen’s best interest, but nobody wanted to do it.

If something makes no logical sense or doesn’t serve the citizens of a nation, why the fuck is someone or a group of people doing it or financing it? Why do we tolerate it?

It is an undeniable fact that the US and many Western democracies were and are hijacked by far left ideology and the result is populism and nationalism making a rise again. In the US this resulted in the election of Trump by an overwhelming majority of Americans.

The vibe shift I talk about is more evident with each passing day:

• Google, GOOG 0.00%↑ announced it is eliminating minority hiring goals and will review its DEI programs, per WSJ

• Over 8,000 webpages across over 12 U.S. government sites have been taken down since Friday according to the NYT

• Elon Musk and DOGE have uncovered shocking and I do mean shocking corruption within the US government

• U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi has directed the DOJ to pause all federal funding for sanctuary cities immediately after being sworn in yesterday

• ICE conducted pre-dawn raids on apartment complexes in Aurora, CO yesterday, targeting locations that had been taken over by members of the Tren de Aragua gang. Several gang members were taken into custody. This was of course the gang that the media said “is an isolated incident”. Planes are beginning to arrive to Guantanamo Bay with violent illegal immigrants

• Palantir, $PLTR, CEO Alex Karp has said that DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) is a 'revolution' and 'some people are going to get their heads cut off'

• President Trump signed an executive order to ban men from competing in women's sports

Something is happening — and the entire fabric of our government and society is shifting. It’s long overdue given what broke this week.

I lead with this not to sway your politics — but to prime you for what we’re about to cover today. Every single good American and citizen should be pissed about what’s been taking place. It’s deception and abuse on an entirely new scale. Partisan people who hate Trump or Elon or people on the right, will have a hard time swallowing todays post — because the truth is fucking damning and there’s no real excuse to be made here.

So What Happened With USAID?

The revelations this week from DOGE led by Elon Musk into USAID are some of the most unbelievable things I have ever seen in politics. Seriously — this shit is absolutely heinous and should boil the blood of all Americans.

Essentially DOGE uncovered a treasure trove of abuse, corruption, fraud, money laundering, theft, and crime tied to USAID and recipients of US grants and tax payer money. Left wing activism on absurd steroids.

Regardless of how you feel about the guy Elon Musk and his associates in DOGE have begun uncovering some of the most disgusting corruption and fraud to ever plague our great country this week.

If you missed this — I’m not surprised as the media won’t likely cover it for a few days. X is where you want to be and where you can see the true scale of what was happening in front of our faces and with OUR money for the past several years.

This shit is crazy man. USAID gives grants to far left-wing "non-profits." Non-profits pay their employees six-figure salaries. Mostly in the 300-500K a year range. I'd estimate that over half of the DC economy is an outright looting of all of us, via USAID grants.

Some of the first major finds included well known left leaning media outlets.

USAID provided POLITICO with between $8 to $13 million in funding since 2019, per USAspending, essentially keeping it afloat. This came mostly in the form of subscriptions - with the Department of Energy reportedly having a $400K bill for 172 people to have subscriptions.

In short? the Biden regime and and DC bureaucrats were using USAID to fund the far left media that misled so many Americans in this country over the last several year. Our money was being used to lie and spread propoganda for our political opponents.

Think about how devious that is.

Politco isn’t the only outlet facing this scrutiny now.

Over the past five years, the U.S. government has funneled tens of millions of dollars to The New York Times, a significant increase compared to the relatively modest amounts provided before 2021. In August 2024 alone, the government allocated $4.1 million to the publication.

The majority of these funds originated from the Department of Health and Human Services, which contributed $26.9 million, followed by the National Science Foundation, which provided $19.15 million.

BBC got money as well.

The money laundering and theft of taxpayer dollars wasn’t limited to domestic entities either — for example HERE you can see USAID’s track record of millions of dollars of payments to a vendor in Nigeria called DAI Global LLC. This is most likely blatant money laundering — just 4 days before Trump’s inauguration a final payment was made of roughly $3M to DAI Global LLC who is registered in Bethesda, Maryland.

Investigative reporter Natalie Winters said this week on X that the secrecy of the USAID grant database is by design for money laundering: “Look up the addresses of entities receiving millions of dollars on Google maps and you’ll find shacks or empty land”.

I compiled the list of grants and allocations that people have been able to find and track online so far, but important to note there is quite a bit of fuckery in terms of shell companies, tax tricks, etc. to mask recipients.

So far the grants, payments, and allocations include the following:

- $2 million for sex changes in Guatemala

- $6 million to fund tourism in Egypt

- $20 million on a new Sesame Street show in Iraq

- $4.5 million to combat disinformation in Kazakhstan

- $500,000 to push Smartmatic voting machines in Bosnia & Herzegovina (remember Smartmatic?)

- $84M kicked back to Chelsea Clinton

- $90M+ given to San Francisco for “HIV Emergency Relief”

- $68M given to the World Economic Forum

-$43 million on a gas station in Afghanistan that reportedly had no customers

-$500K for efforts to “expand atheism in Nepal”

-$400M to Anova a South African NGO to advocate for LGBTQ inclusivity in healthcare at Pride celebrations

-$2.5 million to promote “inclusion” in Vietnam

-$1.1 million to an Armenian “LGBT group”

-$1.5 million to promote “LGBT advocacy” in Jamaica

-$2 million to promote “LGBT equality through entrepreneurship” in Latin America

-$2.3 million for “artisanal and small scale gold mining” in the Amazon

-$10 million worth of USAID-funded meals, which went to an al Qaeda-linked terrorist group

-$1.5 million for “art for inclusion of people with disabilities”

-$7.9 million to teach Sri Lankan journalists how to avoid “binary-gendered language”

-$8 million to study the effect of flavored cigarettes on bisexuals and lesbians at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

-$6 million to “transform digital spaces to reflect feminist democratic principles”

-$361,000 teaching "queer," "trans," "pansexual," "non-binary," and "two-spirit" people how to farm, awarded by the Department of Agriculture

This is literally just the tip of the iceberg — this doesn’t include salaries paid as well to individuals at the receiving NGOs, non profits, and shell companies. Jaw dropping shit. And the worst part? Most of it was our money.

It’s important to understand how devious this is — taxpayer money makes it’s way through multiple organizations before being flipped, washed, and eventually “donated” or “contributed” to it’s ultimate recipient. This is textbook money laundering and it’s our fucking money. Mike Benz, a former member of the State Department cyber team, spoke in an interview this week on X. He is intimately familiar with what many refer to as the “blob” or the deep state, intelligence, DC power apparatus.

In one interview he talks about how USAID is likely associated with the CIA (or nearly indistinguishable as a front). In some of their own documents USAID talks about how HIV clinics would be great covers to launch color revolutions in countries like Cuba as counter intelligence teams wouldn’t suspect it.

Michael Shellenberger, CBR Chair of Politics, author, and journalist talked last night about how USAID was involved (along with the CIA) in the 2019 impeachment of Trump. USAID, he says is more of an overt tool of regime change overseas, but in that case it was an attempt here at home in the US.

One look at some of the line items and their locations from earlier definitely raises questions about the locations and subjects of some of these grants and payments..

For years the regime in power used every single tool in their toolbox to rob the American people blind to fund far left initiatives around the globe, start wars to enrich politicians, interfere with elections, plant coups in foreign countries, target their opposition, and persecute anyone who tried to get in the way. Intelligence agencies, federal branches, NGOs, and more have all melted together and seem to have one thing in common:

Acting against the everyday American’s interest.

It really does show just how bad things got in this country.

The craziest part of all of this? USAID is less than 1% of the federal budget — imagine how much worse this gets as we continue to vet agencies, organizations, and spending?

Truly fucking insane.

I highly suggest reading this thread on X to get a better sense of how all of this worked. Devon Eriksen does an excellent job of breaking down how the whole process works in plain speak. A quick excerpt below:

So what is all this money actually for? Well, it's for stealing. You give it to companies owned by you, to do silly things. You give it to companies owned by your friends, to do silly things. You give it to publishing companies, to do silly things, and then later, when you leave office, they give you a $65 million book deal for an autobiography no one's gonna read. You give it to Wall Street firms, to do silly things, and then they regularly pay you a quarter of a million dollars to come give a twenty minute speech. You give it to literally anyone, to do silly things, and then they make a donation to your private charitable foundation. Or they put your cousin on the board of directors, for half a million dollars a year to do two hours of work a month. See the common theme?

Doing silly things. Because it doesn't really matter what the tax dollars are paying for... it matters who the tax dollars are being paid to. It's obscure, it's circuitous, but at the end of the fiscal year, it all makes its way into someone's pocket. And everyone who's part of the network gets a taste.

The other thing to take to heart and understand here — besides the fact this is US taxpayer money, is that the people running these NGOs, nonprofits, and other organizations are entirely unelected bureaucrats.

It’s far time for these people to be held accountable and for our government to be purged of this infestation of bureaucrats that have demonstrated ill will against the American people. It’s unacceptable and I sure am glad the spotlight is finally being directed at this utter travesty and corruption.
