Intro

Hope everyone had a great weekend - this is one of those weeks that nobody likes to work ahead of the 4th of July. Most important executives have already relocated to Nantucket or other locales ahead of the holiday, and the worker drones and interns are the only ones left to do the heavy lifting in office. However! It can be a great time to learn something new and add to your life accumen while most people are lazy and waiting to leave the office to head to a share house in Montauk or NJ where they’ll proceed to spend $1,200 and destroy their liver for 3 days straight. Not opposed to that! But why not learn something useful before, something, I am afraid, most people will have wanted to know about ahead of time.

Here at Arb Letter we primarily cover financial markets and global news is an unfiltered and straight forward way to give people the best aggregated info they can get to make decisions in life and finance that benefit them the most. We take a pragmatic and serious approach to some of the facets of life that legacy media and boomers don’t and won’t cover. Arb Letter stands out as a source where you can get an honest take on everything transpiring in your life.

We’ve now accurately predicted many of the social and macro factors we are seeing play out in real time including the decision on Roe V. Wade yesterday (our Politics piece went out 4 hours before the decision was released.

With the historic Supreme Court ruling on Friday against Roe V. Wade, we’ve started to see riots and protests spread all across the United States. For those of you who have somehow missed it, the Supreme Court followed through with their ruling Friday, striking down Roe v. Wade in a 6-3 decision on the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Never mind that this is a well welcomed distraction and tool for the left ahead of elections. They’ll likely continue to cling to the gun control narrative and now Roe V. Wade as core issues to the electorate. Blue and Red politicians are getting desperate to distract from the domestic issues that are harming all Americans now like inflation and soaring gas prices. Joe Biden announced on Friday that “Roe V. Wade is on the Ballot in the fall” referencing mid term elections. So you can expect the protests and riots to continue well through mid terms - god forbid if Trump decides to run again, while this would be amusing, it would lead to high social instability.

Demonstrators, including both peaceful groups and fringe groups like Antifa took to the Capitol streets and many other cities Friday night in protest of the ruling.

"If we don’t get it, burn it down," some of the demonstrators chanted. Others could be heard yelling, "Every city, every town, burn the precinct to the ground." repeatedly.

If you missed the free How I View US Politics Post I recommend going to read it before diving into this piece which is Part 2. Part 2 is a premium post.

  • Roe V. Wade Unrest

  • Riots coming over food, shortages & gas/essentials costs skyrocketing

  • How to stay safe - some pointers from a former Navy Seal/CIA Contractor

  • Radical threats increasing

  • What to expect next

This is meant to be a quick take on where the country is headed on at least the short to medium term in terms of social unrest and key issues. I want to prepare everyone for what’s coming because I feel strongly the chances this gets much worse before it gets better seem to be increasing each passing week.

Now I don’t know if you remember when the civil unrest started in 2020/2021 and there came that moment where most normal people said “wow - okay this is kind of concerning”. This was the burning of Kenosha, where Kyle Rittenhouse shot three people, this was Portland, Oregon where MAGAs and Antifa clashed and people ere shot and killed. January 6th where a woman was shot and killed. 40+ people were killed in the unrest during the onset of Covid, Antifa vs. Proud Boys/Alt Right clashes, and the George Floyd/BLM movement.

Some of the riots and lootings in particular, turned into extremely violent brawls where people were stampeded or stomped to death either on accident or in several instances on purpose. Things like looting and crime are at all time highs across the country as people dare to become more brazen.

The United States is in a highly concerning state politically, economically, and socially right now and it seems we may see this begin once again as we approach the mid term elections.

U.S. homeland security officials had warned that the chances for increased violence or terror attacks were likely to grow over the next six months mentioning a volatile convergence of pervasive disinformation, conspiracy theories and several high-profile events like the anticipated Supreme Court decision on abortion and the country’s mid-term election along side recent mass shootings (Voanews.com).

This isn’t an opinion piece on Roe V. Wade but is meant to be a comprehensive overview of what we think is coming to the US ahead of mid term elections and in the face of a wavering economy that will now face increased disruption from sociopolitical events. We aim to better equip you to navigate the social unrest the US is experiencing and be safe and smart about it.

We’ve got some advice from a former Navy Seal/CIA Contractor on how to navigate societal unrest as well as a glance into what the chances are of food or life basics shortages unrest as millions of Americans suffer the consequences of high inflation, the War in Ukraine, and food shortages across the world. We also have a DHS (Department of Homeland Security memo) that speaks on coming instances of unrest.
