On the heels of our market primer yesterday (covering the major events this week) and our meme coin guide from Friday, we’re going to dive a bit deeper into some of the signals worth paying attention to in crypto and the broader market.

I don’t think most people understand just how silly things are getting (or how close we might be to a full blown mania phase that propels us higher). There are a great deal of people still sidelined.

Everyone is starting to spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

They are worried about all of the issues we covered yesterday: rate hikes, national debt, this dumb conflict in the Middle East, the nerds saying AI is going to murder us all, CLARITY passing/not passing, and so much more. We’ve got Kamala Harris, Obama, and many others weighing in on the threats of AI now.

Surely this is a psy op designed to mislead us!

Ignore the noise.

For us in crypto land there are three questions this week:

• Will CLARITY Pass? (procedural vote at 2:15 pm ET today)

• What is the Fed going to do Wednesday?

• What will come of the vote on the Bitcoin reserve bill (ARMA) Wednesday?

Kind of wild how this whole host of catalysts aligned for this week.

People online are assigning a significant amount of weight to CLARITY passing/not passing.

The reality is, since the hype yesterday, the market has already heavily discounted passage. Polymarket right now shows odds falling with a 20% chance this thing passes in 2026…..(you can view how it is trending here). You can see where it spiked over 33% just yesterday.

A failed vote shouldn’t really surprise anyone, especially with the track record of our politician’s reliability over the last 5 years.

They are clowns.

Understand this key piece - there is a world where a failure could even prove constructive over the longer term. The current bill is the product of all kinds of political compromises involving stablecoin rewards, DeFi oversight, state enforcement powers and these ethics restrictions we kept hearing about over and over again.

Delaying passage may prevent the industry from becoming locked into this rushed or overly restrictive framework AND create an opportunity to produce cleaner legislation later.

The SEC and CFTC have already told us they intend to move if this fails. SEC Chair Paul Atkins explicitly said recently the SEC is prepared to write crypto rules if Congress fails to pass CLARITY and the CFTC is also moving forward under its existing authority while working with the SEC.

So this is not some end all be all, try to cut out the noise you’re seeing online.

THIS WILL create volatility, which is good for anyone looking to capitalize on all of the emotional trading we will likely see later today.

The quick reversal from Bitcoin we saw yesterday is curious to me. In the morning we had hype and odds for CLARITY passing going up but since it has reversed pretty strongly.

Makes me wonder if there are some games being played going into the vote this afternoon…..

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

We honored the 25th anniversary of 9/11 here in the US, which was a particularly somber one. If you or a loved one was impacted by that fateful day you were in my thoughts this weekend.

Given the long list of market and financial events this week I wanted to provide at least SOME guidance and commentary as we kick off the week.

Tomorrow will be our usual post for paid subs but let’s take a look at the most important events, themes, and news drops to pay attention to this week.

Some of these will absolutely determine how our portfolios shift throughout the week and through the end of the year.

Crypto’s Clarity Act

This week could be a monumental one for the crypto industry if the CLARITY Act ends up passing tomorrow. The market structure bill is set to hit the Senate tomorrow but it remains unclear if Senate leaders have the 60 votes need to pass it (reports indicate at least 7 Democrats would need to vote yes).

You can view the live odds of CLARITY passing on Polymarket, where the odds recently moved up to about 31% (up from about 12% a week ago). Volume is picking up as trader’s place their bets on the outcome this week.

Trump reportedly met with various advisers on Friday to discuss some of the ethics provisions in the bill, which were key facets preventing it from moving forward.

I don’t want to speculate hard on what crypto does if this thing passes (as I am confident in the long run SOMETHING passes) but it has seemed like crypto has remained coiled waiting for this outcome to potentially leg up higher. The arguments that we are going to plummet to $40,000 seem to be weakening with each passing week as more bears turn bullish.

The momentum and optimism returning is undeniable now.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see many of the ETH related alts, memes, and defi tokens rip if it passes as people gain some more confidence in the longer term applications and guardrails in the space.

I remain bullish on NEAR right now and have purchased more AAVE and AVAX as well this week.

Right now, broadly, the future looks bright for crypto in 2027 and beyond, now we are merely waiting to see what or who kicks off the official departure from this non conventional bear market we’ve found ourselves in.

Fed Interest Rate Decision

This is a seismic week for those monitoring the US Federal Reserve.

After months of shifting expectations, stubborn inflation data, and an economy that has continued to throw mixed signals, we are finally approaching another major decision point for monetary policy this year.

The Fed will deliver its long awaited interest rate decision this week - will they hike 25bps or do nothing?

Scenario one is the 25bps hike.

Most are arguing this has quickly become the base case after hotter inflation data, oil pushing above $100 with new Iran/Hormuz clashes, and Treasury yields surging across the curve. Pay attention to what Warsh says after an announcement.

If the Fed frames this as a one off to try and get ahead of inflation than we likely see a short term panic dump followed by neutral to bullishly choppy moves through the end of the year.

Scenario two is no hike at all.

This would now be the real surprise and it would be slightly entertaining to see the reactions online.

At face value that might seem bullish but all you have to do is recognize that bonds are telling us inflation is an issue and it wouldn’t be surprising for the narrative to quickly become that Fed is falling behind the curve again. Long term treasurys would likely pump higher if the Fed does this (investors accounting for future inflation).

Watch Warsh. My gut tells me this time around markets will respond to him specifically rather than the actual decision (it will be volatile either way).

For stocks, crypto, bonds, the dollar, and basically every risk asset we follow and cover here, this is one of those weeks where a few sentences from Kevin Warsh can completely change the tone of the market and the fate of our positions in the short term.

We shall see.

No hike would be darkly entertaining for sure.

We will talk about it tomorrow but there are a few names I am watching closely at the moment including:

AI Doomer Psy Op or Real Threats?

As of about 8:49am ET futures are down. Two of the biggest drivers of market uncertainty in equities this week are likely oil prices and the new “slowdown” calls in the AI space that came about as a result of multiple warnings from top executives in the industry.

Jacob Coxon, a former Anthropic engineer kick started the AI fear porn cascade last week:

Do not underestimate the power of this technology. These will soon be superhuman systems that can hack anything, revolutionize any field overnight, and acquire real power and resources. We have all witnessed the progress in each of these domains, and progress is not slowing. The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible - but I hear the same people express fear privately. No other human activity poses this level of danger.

Shortly after Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei called for the industry to slow the development of frontier AI and warned that increasingly autonomous systems could create catastrophic risks.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman agreed with the basic premise of that while Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis and Elon Musk have also voiced support for greater caution around advanced AI.

The Chinese have since denounced the fear campaign saying it is rooted in fear mongering as they strive for major advances in AI while all of this is playing out in the West. One of their spokespeople said:

"Fearmongering, confrontation and vicious competition will only disrupt the process of global AI governance, which serves no one's interest."

President Trump came out this morning to say that he thinks there is a “sick conspiracy” on AI and data centers.

Why is this happening? I would be hesitant to simply accept it at face value.

There are a couple angle to consider here…..

• Are there actually some very real threats from AI coming? Probably. Are they overstated recently? Maybe.

• Is this a psy op to coordinate a slow down conveniently while padding the impact on stocks and the economy? Would be pretty clever way to run cover for slowing growth or numbers without detonating the market entirely

• Is China financing this psy op to slow AI support in the US?

I don’t know to be honest, could be any of these or a combination of them. I really only care about the impact it has on our bags in the short term lol.

If we find ourselves in some Terminator scenario where AI minds have commandeered manufacturing facilities to create their own Army, than pass me the .308 and some modelos and let’s go to work!

Otherwise, I will just wait and see what the future holds for us.

and a few other companies came out this week saying that they are going to restrict their use of AI on sensitive projects — the market liked this and those names are up today as the broader market remains down (maybe a good hint into what the motives of this media narrative really are).

In other news on this front, Anthropic released a detailed threat intelligence report with some insane findings including:

• Claude got used as the engineering workforce for an actual weapons programs. A Yemen based terror cell ended up using multiple Claude instances to help develop guidance software for rockets and missiles, including a program targeting a 2,000+ km range and a hypersonic glide vehicle variant

• One person used Claude to help build a nationwide surveillance system covering roughly 25 million SIM cards in Mali, designed to collect communications data and generate intelligence dossiers while bypassing normal legal process requirements.

• The biological stuff is probably the most unsettling and something people are talking about with the recent alarm from executives. Anthropic uncovered users applying Claude to gain of function research (shoutout Fauci), mammalian adaptation of avian influenza, toxin redesign and other dual use work. Anthropic now says it can no longer confidently assure that its newest models are incapable of meaningfully assisting sophisticated users with dangerous biological research.

Pretty wild stuff. The fears about AI “ending humans” are likely not THAT far fetched. It is a matter of the vehicle in which these threats would arrive.

Does a terror cell use it to develop an insane new bio weapon?

Does a rogue AI mind use it to shut off power and water treatment facilities?

Your imagination is the limit here, but the scary part is there are likely threats we cannot even fully conceive yet that AI will drum up in the coming months and years. Also worth considering the possibility that this entire theme/idea (AI/rogue AI) could be used as the next major psy op against all of us.

Imagine a large scale cyber attack by “rogue AI” that the government/private sector uses to consolidate even more influence and power like they did during Covid?

That would be bleak.

• Senate Republicans have released an updated version of the crypto Clarity Act following August recess negotiations (WatcherGuru)

• Odds of a Fed Rate Hike in September are soaring on Polymarket to 66% today

  

• Oil prices have climbed above $103/barrel with renewed strikes in the Middle East

• The Treasury Department said on Wednesday they will buy back up to $6 billion of government debt to keep “the bond market functioning”

• Brian Armstrong CEO of told CNBC recently he believes Bitcoin’s bottom is in and that $400,000 by 2030 is a "reasonable target”

• PPI came in relatively hot with producer prices rising 0.4% in August (they were 5.4% higher than a year ago) largely because of a sharp rise in energy prices. Core inflation was more subdued at +0.2% for the month

I think now is the perfect time to dive into where we stand with some of my favorite risk on assets (if you can call them that) for printing bands.

Meme coins.

The intellectually bankrupt, fundamentally worthless, occasionally life changing corner of the crypto market that everyone pretends to be above until a cartoon frog starts outperforming their entire portfolio or “expertly” constructed equities portfolio.

Beneath all of this market chaos, fear, and uncertainty I can you tell you that there are some big things brewing. I see them in chatrooms, on X, on social media, and in Discord/Telegram channels.

The people yearn for quick gains and profit to ascend them from the permanent underclass.

In order to profit on meme coins you need to be ruthless and understand that meme coins are concentrated bets on attention, liquidity, and culture. Most importantly though, you need to be early.

That is non negotiable.

That’s how you turn $500 into $100,000 or $5,000 into millions.

Make no mistake, if you choose to partake you are entering a savage player vs. player game that a small percentage of people walk away from unscathed. They either fall victim to greed, pushing positions too far OR miss the boat entirely by never putting in the time to see the winners early.

Understand that we are zooming in on a small area at the tip of the crypto risk market where you see an impressive amount of innovation, speed, scams, rug pulls, runners, and wealth generated.

It is the wild west and there are almost no rules besides profit at all costs so that you can print some cash OR increase your holdings majors (BTC/ETH/SOL) before we see the next bull market kick off.

Attention is now the currency of the internet which is why when one of these ideas, themes, or metas catches on, it scorches the hesitant and lifts into orbit quicker than 99% of people can imagine. If you play them correctly, have some solid timing, and get in early, you can supercharge your portfolio before the bigger move up even begins.

I apologize for not getting this out yesterday but I was a bit pressed on time this weekend and over the Monday holiday.

We will have plenty of time to review markets, crypto opportunities, and more on Friday morning. I hope you listened to the last paid post on crypto, as our picks are looking prime right about now. In addition to that we had an absurd thread from an ex engineer at Anthropic who posted that he thinks there is a high chance that AI will kill us all (not joking) by 2030….

As of now odds they IPO by the end of October sit at 60% on Polymarket. A nice surprise to drop that thread right before eh!?

Today though we’re going to dive into the insane feminization of the Western World, given it has been a major theme in news (with the Lindsay Clancy trial), with economics (with 98/100 new jobs in the US in August going to women), and socially/politically with major right wing victories in Germany and growing calls for the repeal of the 19th Amendment in the US.

The gentle truth?

We entirely restructured and gutted institutions around a feminine worldview that increasingly treats traditionally masculine behavior as something to suppress while simultaneously destroying or outsourcing many of the institutions that historically gave men purpose, status, responsibility, and a path toward family formation.

Many women believe men are now useless.

There is no active war at home to fight. We let criminals run amok, so there’s no need for supporting law enforcement. Food, shelter, and entertainment is abundant for now. Social media and TikTok provide endless dopamine and opportunities to get attention. Onlyfans, porn, and thirst traps are par for the course for an alarming number of women.

Their boomer fathers support their lifestyles and then take to X like General Flynn last night to tell men they “just need to work harder”. They dominate many corporate roles and are in college at a higher rate than male counterparts. The government, state, and legal system favors them over men.

Their ideology on fertility, life, and family building is now changing as well.

A 2023 Pew Research Center survey said that almost half of US women didn’t view marriage as an important element of a fulfilling life, as reported by the Wall Street Journal, and almost 54% of women between the ages of 18-40 declared themselves as single, according to an analysis of census data by the Aspen Economic Strategy Group as well.

Marriage, sex, dating, etc. are one thing, but what people are beginning to see is that this hyper feminization of the US and Western society is going to be much more impactful than we realize.

The Lindsay Clancy case highlighted that there is a twisted anti male/victim complex alive and well within many women’s minds in this country (beta males as well). Most men look at something like that and are immediately disgusted and angered, but a surprising amount of women took to the internet to turn this event into the next culture war battleground.

At the exact same time, young men and women are separating politically, economically, romantically, and increasingly morally.

They are attending college at different rates. They are approaching marriage and children differently. They are consuming completely different information online. They are voting differently.

And increasingly (and most alarmingly), they don’t even seem to agree on the basic questions of who deserves sympathy, what constitutes accountability, what a family should look like, what a nation owes its citizens, or what men and women owe each other.

That is an extraordinarily dangerous fracture for our civilization……..

Recognizing What’s Taken Place

Accurately diagnosing the serious predicament the West is in right now requires you to begin with biology and with what has transpired over the last 20 years.

We moved from expanding the options available to women toward building a feminist culture and economy that increasingly treats one particular option: the career first, economically independent, perpetually productive individual, as the highest form of success.

Right alongside this, there’s been an extensive war on men and masculinity.

Unless you’ve found yourself on nicher parts of the internet over the last several years, you may not have stumbled upon the slang “Longhouse”.

This term (alluding to northeastern Native American societies, where women held central leadership, economic, and social power as the heads of the matrilineal longhouse communities) is used to describe modern Western society as an over regulated, matriarchal, and overly communal environment that stifles individualism and traditional masculine values.

And regardless of whether the term offends you or not, you don’t need to look far to see the allegory.

• Schools dominated by female teachers

• Massive corporate HR departments (72% of all HR jobs) who now control hiring

• Huge surges in corporate roles for women driven by selective hiring (recently it was 98%)

• College campuses (58% of all students)

• The rise of Onlyfans, influencers, and social media

• Divorce laws, legal precedents, etc.

Our society discourages traditional male traits and qualities (the ones that built nations). I can’t tell you how rampant this all was when I was in corporate. It was wild. You could tell when your normal aggression, initiative, directness, or boldness rubbed people (and women the wrong way). It was seen as a micro-aggression. Your politics if you weren’t a complete soyboy, suddenly became a billboard simply by the way you conducted yourself.

It was wild to watch. It got 10x worse when Covid hit.

Let’s start today with a quote from one of my favorite rappers Kevin Gates.

Yes we are doing a Friday post before Labor Day Weekend against my better judgement but I think there’s simply too much to cover today to punt it until Tuesday.

You will probably be happy to hear that I am quite bullish on this fine almost Fall morning, though I also think there are some major trends that demand our immediate attention and consideration.

The odds of the Federal Reserve hiking rates in September now sits at almost 53%. Equities are beginning to chop again. Iran is unsettled. AI updates are almost hourly now. The entire nation is reeling from the outcome of a trial in which a woman murdered her three children (absurd amounts of women are trying to defend her actions).

Let’s cut through all of that and get to what matters for you. The humble solider of markets trying to make a name for himself, stay sane, and get ahead of the next major trend.

If you like making money and staying in the loop pay attention brother, this will be worth the read before you sign off before the weekend.

Rest assured most people you come across in your daily life are still miles behind on the topics we will discuss today.

First off crypto.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that if you haven’t taken a moment to consider the possibility that the bottom is in, you may be behind the ball now.

Many of our calls are printing now with some of the positions 40%+ into the money. I can tell you right now there are two personal indicators that tell me you are still early (for now).

For starters, throughout market cycles I see major influxes in free and paid subscriptions. It makes sense, people lurk and then only come back for the good posts when the market is ripping.

The ironic part is the paid subs who stay during the bear market are the ones who catch moves like $ZEC. I have not seen this influx yet and when I do, I will tell you, as it generally marks the official start of a leg much higher.

Then you have the lack of messages for advice on positioning. Last bull run I had an endless deluge of personal DMs about folks asking what they should buy and how they should position. That hasn’t picked up to levels I have seen historically.

Bottom line is you still have time. For now.

Today we are going to go through a revised watchlist, where the money is flowing, a few assetsI am very bullish on right now, and what I think is going to happen before year end, especially as we await a Federal Reserve decision in September.

Crypto is now colliding with several of the largest forces shaping the next decade at exactly the same time:

• Institutional adoption

• Changing monetary policy

• Enormous fiscal deficits

• Stablecoins

• Tokenization

• AI/robotics/automation

• A massive digital economy, that will only continue growing

I literally cannot oversell this economic opportunity for you and your bloodline.

Second, the AI revolution continues to charge ahead with the release of OpenAI’s new model Astra. I have to be honest, when I took a look at their promotional video for this model it was the first genuine time I stopped and said “yeah this is going to permanently alter the workforce, job availability, and society in general”.

The capability is astounding and can be applied in limitless way to optimize, replace, and enhance workflows, tasks, and research.

For the last few years I think it is safe to say the debate has largely centered around whether AI will or can help you do your job. I think we are rapidly approaching the point where the more uncomfortable question is now how much of your job actually requires you to be present at all lol.

Here is the deal guys, for Arb Letter readers, I really think the takeaway is going to be less about trying to predict the exact date AGI officially takes over and more about recognizing where this ball is moving (alongside crypto, digital assets, robotics, AI in general, etc.)

The career you have or want, your investments, your business, and the skills you encourage your children to develop are going to exist in a world where intelligence itself is becoming:

• Cheaper

• Faster

• Abundant

That is an extraordinary opportunity if you position yourself and others correctly.

But it is also an enormous risk if you assume the world five years from now will operate anything like the world today.

Hint: it won’t be.

Generally I like to steer away from the hurried approach of telling people time is running out but in this case on the fronts of AI and crypto, I genuinely think the window is closing if you want to ensure you are on the right side of this trade for years to come.

Those who miss out will be in a world of hurt and financial struggle.

We are long overdue for a rant here and unfortunately there was a tragedy this week that deserves our attention.

It should also serve as a warning.

Erin Piacenti, a 32 year old Bank of America vice president, was stabbed and killed in Times Square by Pamela Cisneros of Queens, a mentally disturbed degenerate.

According to US media Piacenti was a new mom who had just returned to work after maternity leave. Days before being murdered she had posted a photo of herself smiling while holding her infant and standing with her husband and wrote how happy she was, the New York Times reported.

The attacker was shot dead by NYPD officers when she charged.

Pretty disgusting and gut wrenching.

And the worst part is, it was entirely senseless, random, and unpredictable. Both victims, an older man with his wife and Piacenti were attacked separately going about their business, stabbed in the stomach.

A spokesperson for the NYPD said that Cisneros had a “Documented mental health history with the NYPD, with one incident in 2019 and another in 2020”.

At some point you have to stop and ask yourself “when is enough enough?” as we look at an unending string of these senseless murders that all have similar common denominators.

• The murder of Iryna Zartuska in North Carolina. Her killer is now currently in a four month treatment program said to “restore his mental capacity”

• Bethany MaGee, the woman who was doused with gasoline and lit on fire onboard a CTA Blue Line train in Chicago

• Lydia Zuñiga, a 65 year old woman who was pushed onto the subway tracks in The Bronx

• Wesley LePatner, the 43-year-old senior executive at Blackstone who was killed during a tragic mass shooting at the firm's Manhattan office building on July 28, 2025

While the “mentally unwell” framework seems to be the easy excuse in all of these cases, there is undoubtedly more to what is going on than meets the eye.

The truth is (and many people want to continue to deny this or put their heads in the sand) is that we have truly entered a dystopian future in which we are living within an environment created and permitted to continue by sinister forces.

Since the madness of 2020 I have been yelling from the mountain tops that we do not have to live this way, we are simply choosing to accept it.

I have discussed anarcho tyranny many times before, on the podcast, on Arb Letter, and with my friend Will Tanner of the .

It has been a defining feature of the US since the Obama years and it is an incredibly frustrating environment in which citizens are terrorized by a refusal to enforce laws, the release of repeat criminals, and an ass backwards attitude towards threats. It punishes those who dare to stand up for what is good instead of the criminals perpetrating crimes.

Today we are going to take a look at some of the most telling reactions to this heinous crime as they are a warning to all of us about the social environment the US and other nations have at the moment.

If we can’t agree that the random murder of a new mother in broad daylight in one of New York’s most public places is worth condemning, of what use is discussion and empathy moving forward?

Exploring Society’s Reactions to the Decline

You can do all sort of mental gymnastics and speculate over the state of the woman who did who killed Piacenti. What motivated her, was this racial, etc.

But the more important takeaway is found in some of the reactions to her murder, which rhyme with some of the responses we saw with the assassination attempts on Donald Trump, the murder of the United Healthcare CEO by Luigi Mangione, and the murder of Charlie Kirk to name a few (although you generally see the reactions across all of the events I just walked you through above).

There are two core pieces to this.

First, the responses and reactions of people who are shocked by what happened.

I have noticed something on my feeds this week. Corporate normies, New Yorkers, and social media influencers are particularly up in arms about this murder. It is receiving a higher amount of attention than other cases. Why?

Well for starters, it kind of hits home. Successful Ivy League educated women minding her own business, here with her family one moment, gone the next. For literally no reason at all.

It reminded me of a trend I noticed on Twitter/X years ago after BLM (and I shared it on here). I had posted something about avoiding NYC and other major shitholes around the time a woman was literally set on fire and burned to death on a subway and it got tremendous backlash from the normie corporate crowd on X with people saying things like:

“Conservatives are so scared of the city”

“That’s just the big city man, what are a pussy!”

It had simultaneously become a big meme/stereotype online.

This attitude (belittling the very real threats in major metropolis centers nowadays) is two things:

• Genuinely dumb people who have zero situational awareness or the survival instincts of a do-do bird

• People who KNOW cities have become less safe/unpredictable and are projecting their insecurity about that onto you in the form of hyperbolic sarcastic claims. They don’t like when you highlight the problem.

Look at Erin Piacenti. An excellent resume, good job, mother, and wife who was likely just walking to or from the office and she became a target. She wasn’t engaging in a protest in the streets, picking a fight with someone, or at a major political rally turning violent.

Iryna Zarutska was sitting on a train minding her own business when her throat was slit.

It can happen to anybody at any time.

There’s a reason why I don’t honk at people randomly, respond to homeless/vagrants, or engage in people picking fights, you truly never know what can happen these days. Some people have absolutely nothing to lose. There’s a reason I carry anywhere but my immediate neighborhood and am constantly scanning when my family is in public.

You cannot be too careful these days, and even then, you are simply doing all you can to avoid these types of events.

What I can’t stand is the people treating this like a one off event.

This shit has been happening for years all across the US and the world because we’ve grown soft. We stopped saying no. We’ve accepted more and more ridiculous political ploys, social initiatives, and excuses for this type of behavior.

Defunding police, defunding or shutting down facilities and centers for the mentally unwell, allowing local courts and legal systems to not punish the people comitting these crimes.

And then you have the support, mocking, and justification from the demonic goblins who find a way to encourage or celebrate this kind of wanton violence, and make no mistake they want you dead because you represent a threat to their ideology/politics or because they find a way to categorize you as an “other”.

The Rise in Progressive Extremism

One of the most shocking pieces of this event was the reaction of those who appeared to be celebrating and reveling in the death of Erin Piacenti.

In the hours after filmmaker Lexi Alexander who is best known for directing Green Street Hooligans and Punisher: War Zone, celebrated Piacenti’s death online. She shared a meme depicting the Bat Signal replaced with the face of Luigi Mangione, the man who murdered UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Members of the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America) and the Pro Palestinian camp are out in droves mocking the death of Erin online.

You can have several theories on this behavior and why it is on the rise. Obviously there is an element of rage bait/edginess to it.

People think it’s cute or funny to take the controversial opinion that the poor women deserved getting murdered. I think there is a significant element of immaturity involved in many of the examples. The people commenting cruel and disgusting things about Piacenti (or Trump or Kirk or whoever) have nothing in their lives. They don’t have children or family or even healthy functional relationships in their life.

It’s also worth noting for all of you who work in corporate, that this vein of anti capitalism and anti corporate anger is growing quickly.

This point in particular (and the broader departure from healthy nationalist/ family/social dynamics) is worth highlighting given it is popping up all across society right now:

• Antinatalist/extreme feminism sentiment online against having children to the point of lashing out at those who do

• The remarkable social reactions to the Lindsay Clancy case in which a woman murdered her children. There are 3 women on the jury and 9 men, 2 of the women are dragging the case out

• A 2-year-old child just died in a domestic homicide in Frankfort Illinois where the child's mother was hospitalized after killing the child and then hurting herself

• Calls and support for violence against politicians, figureheads, and company CEOs, an anti corporate/capitalism theme expanding across the US as young people embrace socialism

• The blending of global political issues and race/class (Free Palestine, Anti Trump, Anti law enforcement/ICE sentiment)

• Mass immigration and changing local politics because of it

These progressive/socialist/anarchist goblins are everywhere now. They hate good things. They are the dysfunctional offspring of radical political movements that are inherently incompatible with a healthy functioning society and they are everywhere now.

They have significant inner pain and so they lash out and project that as a coping mechanism. It is a cry for attention.

The people mocking the death of Piacenti hate everything good and love their flags in their bios and screen names to show everyone how virtuous and progressive they are. They don’t care that she was a new mother. That her husband is now without a wife and her family without a daughter. They are brainless demon NPCs that relish in that extreme pain and injustice.

It is evil.

Simultaneously there is a LARPING aspect to this as well. When these lunatics commit these violent acts, commenters and supporters feel like THEY are somehow involved or that it vindicates their own demented belief systems. They think the violence is a warning to their ideological opponents and they feel big/strong when they condone it or support it online, as if they themselves were the ones perpetrating the violence.

Ironically they’d be the first to shit themselves if someone kicked their own door in.

The loss of humanity recently is really the jarring part for me.

This could of been any of our wives or girlfriends. Imagine, you are sitting at home or in your office working and you get a phone call informing you that your significant other has been stabbed in the stomach and killed by a psychotic 300 pound piece of shit.

Gone, just like that.

If you’ve been paying attention there’s an incredibly devious ploy at play all across Western countries. Based chads who read Arb Letter get it. Friends and family of yours may “get it”. But far too many people out there, still do not get it or worse, they intentionally choose to play dumb because they think it makes them better people.

The problem is this suicidal empathy weaponizes your good intent and innocence and turns you into a sheep, ready to be preyed upon by people who don’t give a shit:

• Let in all immigrants in or you are a bad person!

• Pay your taxes for welfare/snap/EBT, those people need it!

• Those criminals are just mentally unwell, they’re still people!

• Even though she stabbed someone they shouldn’t kill her!

• Everyone deserves a second, third, fourth, and fifteenth chance!

• He broke into your home and killed your family because he was hungry!

I don’t know about you, but the pendulum swung way too far in the lenient direction the last 20 years and we are long overdue for an extreme dial back in the amount of tolerance and empathy we need to be having.

There are actually people online trying to argue that the woman who stabbed Piacenti shouldn’t have been shot. They came with the classic argument of “why didn’t they disarm her or shoot her hands!” highlighting their complete ignorance on firearms, tactics, or situations of life and death.

But there’s another component at play in the absurd idea that she didn’t deserve being shot after stabbing too people. Of course she did lol.

What are we even talking about here?

Since when did an utter lack of consequences for behavior (in this case violent behavior) become so commonplace?

The answer sits at WHO the perpetrator is.

During BLM and Antifa’s riots across the US, there were probably nightly situations in which deadly force would have been appropriate to stop violent rioters and looters but of course local governments and agencies held off for the most part for fear of further igniting tensions or media backlash. Kyle Rittenhouse though?

The same lunatics defending the woman in Times Square would have cheered gleefully if Rittenhouse got curb stomped by a crowd or when Charlie Kirk bled out on a live stream. These people are sick and you need to realize that. They are online saying that Piacenti deserved it because she worked a corporate job and was White.

Imagine?

What Do You Do?

With all of the that, the question becomes “what can you really do” in this environment.

There’s many reasons I decided to leave New York City but the biggest catalyst was when my first son was on the way. NYC post covid was an entirely different world than it was when I was in my young 20’s from the 2015 to 2020 period.

I was jumped in the city, i knew countless others who were victims of crimes, and the general sense of lawlessness permeated through all corners. New York City is not unique in this change that has swept across most big blue cities in the US and abroad.

At the end of the day you need to have a practical conversation with yourself, your partner, wife, etc.

Do you want to live in areas where this type of behavior (Crime, lawlessness, mental illness, etc.) is allowed to go on entirely unchecked? Many times it’s not simply unchecked it is facilitated and allowed to continue. How many times have the perpetrators of these crimes been 10x or more former criminals?

They are known problems and nobody does a thing about them, they let them continue to terrorize good people and then when they are charged or arrested, they get to use the same progressive political excuses to avoid any meaningful consequences (race, socio economic status, mental illness etc.).

I’m not raising my kids in an environment like that and I don’t want to spend my time there either, regardless of how “low” you think the chances are YOU ever become a victim. Is it worth it?

Geography, to some extent, is still your best friend in times like the ones we find ourselves in. There’s a reason safe areas/towns/cities are more expensive to live in and housing demand is through the roof in these areas.

You are quite literally insulating yourself from bug people and mongoloid NPCs, who in many cases have been programmed by the media from birth to hate you.

Besides WHERE you choose to spend your time another major way to counter all of this is your mindset.

The world is a crazy fucking place right now and if you deny that or act like that’s “an exaggeration” all you are doing is choosing to live in la la land.

Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, you are doing yourself a disservice that could end up costing you or someone you love. It pays to have situational awareness, to stereotype, and to play it safe.

Those things can keep you alive.

The time for giving situations, strangers, and environments the benefit of the doubt is long gone. This isn’t the country your parents grew up in and the inmates are unfortunately running the asylum.

If we continue to tolerate the systems, groups, and people that excuse, permit, and capitalize on these types of events, it will become the norm and eventually it will impact all of us first hand.

All of this really begs the question.

Can we live alongside people that encourage and mock the taking of innocent life in the name of their political ideology?

I don’t think so.

I don’t talk about religion here much but and my faith is really a personal thing to me. But I can assure you it had strengthened immensely in the last 5 years simply because I have seen real evil in this world. If there is darkness there must be light and I know that this is a great spiritual battle we find ourselves in.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I regret to inform you that oil is now back over $90 per barrel with the US launching new strikes on Iran. Early reports indicate US strikes in response to Iranian rocket launches and sea mine deployment in the strait of Hormuz. So far Iran has said that they have launched strikes at Jordan.

These are the first larger conflicts in about a month in the region, breaking the delicate stalemate that helped fuel the new legs higher in markets globally. So today we will put all of that on pause and zoom out a bit for one of our personal development reviews.

Insane few days for crypto and for the markets where some attention seems to be departing the latest hot stocks and moving back toward bonds, rates, and the Fed.

Bessent and Warsh are the talk of the town and internet again as Treasury and the Federal Reserve appear to be sending somewhat conflicting messages about how they want markets to function.

Bessent has become increasingly aggressive in trying to keep long term Treasury yields under control, while the newcomer Warsh is currently preparing for his first major Jackson Hole speech as Fed Chair with inflation still running above target and the bond market testing him. Bitcoin has reacted positively to the murmurs of the money printer and positive legislative chatter from DC, now trading close to $80,000. Odds on Polymarket for Bitcoin trading over $82,500 by the end of the month sit at about 60% as of last night. Ethereum

Today we’re going to talk about a sector that I think is currently being overlooked by most people.

An Overview of Robotics for Beginners

So let’s talk basics of robotics here. Most people don’t know much about robotics, they’ve seen iRobot once and now they’re pros but the “robot” itself isn’t necessarily the big breakthrough in my mind.

The breakthrough is actually being able to give the robot a functioning and capable brain. We’ve had robots in one way or another for decades.

Walk through any modern auto factory and you’ll see massive robotic arms welding, painting, moving parts, and assembling vehicles with incredible speed and precision. has turbocharged this.

The problem is that traditionally these robots have been pretty fucking stupid.

They are phenomenal at performing a specific task they’ve been programmed to do over and over again.

If you change the environment though or move an object somewhere unexpected things get much more complicated or there are some errors.

But the tech is sky rocketing.

To understand why everyone is suddenly talking about robotics, it helps to understand how quickly we got here.

I’m going to keep it one hundred with you guys, I am by no means an expert on robotics lol.

But I did try to consolidate history (with some help from AI), the current playing field, and the best investments we can move on now in the space. I want to stress that I really do feel we are early (for now) to this trend and that it will be a natural next extension from AI/tech/crypto. So let’s walk through my abridged history on clankers.

Let’s go all the way back to the first industrial robot which was called Unimate went to work at a General Motors factory in the year 1961. This thing was basically a giant programmable arm designed to perform repetitive and dangerous manufacturing tasks.

The arm kicked off what would end up being decades of industrial automation.

By the 1980s and 1990s, these robotic arms were becoming common across places you might normally expect them. Things like auto manufacturing and other heavy industries. Better computers, sensors and software were able to make them faster and more precise but the basic idea remained kind of remained the same. It was just tell the machine exactly what to do and it will do that thing 10,000 times.

Then you started to see some leaps. I still remeber watching some of these videos and thinking it was like some weird sci fi experiment:

• In the year 2000 Honda introduced ASIMO which some of you might remember. It was one of the first humanoid robots that made people realize a machine could realistically walk, climb stairs and navigate around humans. It is pictured below

• In 2013 Boston Dynamics unveiled their own called lil guy named Atlas. It eventually went from stumbling around a laboratory to running, jumping, performing backflips and navigating complicated environments. Videos of it went viral.

After that there was another pretty big breakthrough with computer vision.

Instead of robots simply following coordinates we now had increasingly powerful tech that allowed machines to start identifying and understanding objects in the world around them. Slowly gaining some additional capability and cool tricks.

The world then witnessed GPUs (Graphics Processing Unit) became more powerful while cameras kept getting better. The batteries improved and sensors got cheaper while motors became able to be more precise.

And then this absolutely absurd generative AI explosion happened, which allowed massive amounts of real world data to become available for training not only humans but robots as well.

In my opinion, this was where the robotics story really begins to change and where we need to start pausing to think "it might be time to position financially for this”.

This could make us incredibly wealthy if we play it right.

Elon’s AI Predictions

We will cover more on equity markets and the economy on Tuesday but one of the more eye brow raising updates came from an interview at Viva Technology conference in Paris.

Elon Musk gave in which he spoke about AI, robots, and digital intelligence.

Pretty wild predictions made by him which plays into the themes discussed in the post I plugged in the intro. Robotics is going to offer a massive investment opportunity in the coming years and I think right now between AI and crypto, it is not getting as much attention as it should. I will be looking at some of the plays we discussed in the post above this week.

Tuesday’s post (barring any major crypto pumping) will be a deep dive into robotics stocks, companies, and themes.

Some big events to keep tabs on this week:

• PCE inflation + Q2 GDP is on Wednesday

• reports earnings on Wednesday after market close

• Fed Chair Kevin Warsh speaks at Jackson Hole on Friday, which will surely move markets

• Salesforce, Crowdstrike, and Intuit report earnings this week as well

Crypto’s Price Action

It feels good to be partially back baby.

There’s been some volatility in the crypto market since the run up we witnessed toward the end of last week. We had a slight pullback that bears began to celebrate prematurely that did end up reversing.

I made it clear in Thursday’s post but if I had to make a guess on what plays out next it would be an eventual move higher. I still see people (who previously thought we were going to $40,000) calling for lower. The consensus still seems to be that we will go down again before the market preps for the next bull run.

I’m skeptical.

Most entertaining outcome would be if that doesn’t happen and we range up here or move higher. That being said, understand this guys. If this is the start of change in the cycle you do have some time. This would likely be the very beginning of what is hopefully a multi year cycle of bullish action.

So don’t go psycho, you don’t have to blow your load before taking some time to think about what moves you want to make here.

As I said last week - EASE INTO IT.

Also. I get the sneaking suspicion, based on the X timeline and general indicators in my own circles, that the majority of people are still sidelined. Even when we were well above the $100,000 mark it seemed like the bull market kind of winded down due to a general sense of apathy. I still feel that apathy and indifference now which stand in pretty stark contrast to previous pumps.

Interesting to say the least.

This evening will provide us some solid clues as to how this upcoming week might shake out.

Another thing I would think about if you are trying to predict where the market might take us before year end is CLARITY.

As of August 23, 2026, CLARITY is alive, but it stalled in the Senate. This recent move higher was definitely fueled in part by the Treasury announcement and maybe by some of the comments from Trump last week, but I actually think there’s some scheming going on beneath the surface as well. Someone big is positioning themselves, that is for sure.

What are they preparing for?

Could it be the eventual passage of CLARITY? The earliest the bill can now pass is September 15th, when a procedural Senate vote is currently expected. So the earliest (if we are being aggressive) is likely sometime in September.

The real question here in. my opinion i

sn’t “is ther any support for crypto legislation in DC” it’s simply if Republicans and Democrats can agree on the final details before the midterms consume Congress. Tough ask.

Who knows though, maybe some folks already know this is coming and they’re starting to position accordingly. That would make sense in retrospect.

For now, let’s see how this week goes. The slight pullback we saw the last 24 hours is providing an opportunity for folks who want to add to some of their bets before traditional markets open up for the week.

Alright so let’s get into what everyone wants to talk about, which asset am I bullish on. For the sake of not repeating myself, we are going to expand past what I consider my core three:

From the depths of a prolonged crypto bear market, there appears to be some hope emerging spawned by a rapid succession of political headlines and immediate market reactions in the last 48 hours.

I know sometimes financial news and updates can be cryptic.

Folks want the “so what” and “what does this mean for me” not jargon or nuance.

So let me spell it out for you in plain terms because yesterday we had the most impactful day in crypto since thousands were slaughtered in the October 10th liquidation cascade from last year.

In the last 24 hours:

• The Securities and Exchange Commission announced yesterday that it has proposed new rules, titled “Regulation Crypto Assets,” that will create a clear and fit for purpose frameworks for certain investment contracts involving crypto assets

• President Trump hosted a meeting Wednesday with leading crypto and finance figures to discuss tokenization, crypto legal framework, CLARITY, and other topics. Guests included Brian Armstrong of Coinbase , Sergey Nazarov of Chainlink Labs, Vlad Tenev of Robinhood, and Tyler Winklevoss and Cameron Winklevoss of Gemini

• The US Treasury announced it will double its long dated Treasury buybacks from $2B to $4B per operation, beginning on Sept. 9

• $2.5B of crypto shorts were liquidated in the last 24 hours (at one point over $1.2 billion worth of shorts were liquidated in 60 minutes)

Things are cooking folks. I ate lunch yesterday, looked down at my phone and realized I had just printed a high end SUV in about 3 hours of market movement.

Refreshing given the months of suffering we have endured.

These are some pretty bullish signs and we may very well be on the cusp of a strong move higher that most people are not prepared for. Many have written crypto off, either because they lack the attention span or they got burned hard over the last year.

It’s time to pay attention again guys! I wouldn’t say you need to be glued to your screens but we’re shifting back into the days where a lot can happen in a matter of minutes and the cost of missing the early signals of the market gaining some momentum back are massive.

Forget the basic advice and pointers we’ve shared for years now that have helped land us as an all time best seller in crypto on Substack. You should have internalized most of those by now if you’ve read 25% of our posts.

I am talking about the more advanced corners of the market. I have posted relentlessly on topics I know are going to define the next era in crypto, defi, tokenization, and finance.

Today, however, I want to review the most important themes across markets, society, politics, and life to give an idea of what we can expect for the duration of 2026.

It’s funny the way the grander mind share game works isn’t it?

In terms of the bigger “happenings” most of us have endured:

This is not an exhaustive list of course but as someone who makes a living online commentating and making content on all of this and more, I can’t help but notice we are in a weird kind of holding pattern. Most of the events above, at one point or another, created massive discussion, backlash, and shifts in our timeline.

Right now we are kind of waiting for the next one while those of us locked in are just grinding through our work and watching out stock portfolios go higher and higher. Like a cat to a nice little sack of cat nip.

But it’s an understatement to say the Overton Window has shifted in the last several years.

Not only do those who rule us continue to condition us to accept more extreme and unjust things as the norm, things continue to just keep getting more and more dystopian in society. I find myself not caring much about the next headline. Maybe I am alone but it’s like my receptors to hysteria and surprise have been fried.

Nothing surprises me anymore.

Markets have gone insane, it seems like costs just keep rising. Politicians are getting more and more extreme. Society seems to be reverting every month and most people are just trying to figure out what the next big “theme” is so that they can benefit, make money, and hopefully secure their ticket to the “I made it” kingdom.

We can’t control who wins an election or curb the concerning rise in support for socialism ourselves. AOC is the front runner on polymarket for Democratic Presidential Nominee in 2028……

You can’t control interest rates from Warsh (or fake out headlines from Citadel). You sure as hell cannot control the development of AI, whether markets god crash on the next Iran headline or whether another war breaks out.

What you can control kings is how prepared you are for whatever comes next.

That means paying attention without allowing yourself to be consumed by the noise. Building skills that become more valuable as the world changes. Owning assets instead of simply watching their prices rise. Taking calculated risks while you still have the ability to recover from them. Maintaining your health, relationships and community while increasingly powerful forces compete for your attention.

And perhaps most importantly, remaining adaptable enough to actually admit when the world has changed and your assumptions need to change/bend with it.

But the real question is have you started to position yourself to act, invest, and prepare accordingly.

Hope the week is going well.

Been a solid week so far for subs with some of our 2026 picks continuing the march higher despite the continued Iran chop, changing Fed expectations, and non stop calls for some sort of mega bubble to burst.

As we noted in Tuesday’s post there have been some pretty big developments that should impact how you are thinking about markets in the short term and through year end including:

• The Situational Awareness scheme Citadel pulled and their little finesse with a surprise rate hike prediction turned bull market cry

• Berkshire Hathaway stepping off the sidelines to deploy fat stacks of cash

• The CPI print came in yesterday coming in at +0.1% MoM and +3.4% YoY (3.4% expected) with core CPI at +0.2% MoM, +2.5% YoY (2.5% expected) TLDR: inflation cooled slightly, but there was no major downside surprise

  

• The Fed Rate Hike mania has lost a bit of steam in the last several days. You can actually see the exact moment the odds flipped between a hike and no change on Polymarket odds above.

• AI spending is still going insane/corporate earnings looks solid

If I zoom out for a minute the setup has actually improved quite a bit.

I wouldn’t say we have the all clear by any means but markets do look constructive compared to some of the fear from the last two weeks or so. I guess the only counterpoint to really consider is Ray Dalio live posting his bender in Ibiza right now.

There’s a good chance he’s just living it up until the collapse.

Today we are going to keep it simple and go to cover some of my highest conviction plays for the rest of 2026.

Don’t worry I have some solid schizo rants on the back burner for you, but I want to make sure folks have some themes and ideas to run with as we approach Fall because I think there are plenty of opportunities.

These are active trades or positions I think present attractive upside given:

• New Developments (that I will walk through today)

• Their Price (where they are trading)

• Macro/Global Catalysts

• Institutional Activity/Movement

We’re not abandoning our classic risk on approach (tech/AI/crypto/cash flowing businesses) but between now and the end of the year I want a shot at some new home runs and more importantly, I want to get ahead of the next big thing.

Chainlink’s Quiet Expansion

It has been a difficult 2 years for alt coins.

We’ve watched some of our bags get absolutely slaughtered.

However, like Gandalf showing up on the mountain in some sweet glorious light when Helm’s Deep was reaching the darkest hours, our lord and saviour, the magical internet token $LINK, has quietly had one of the more interesting weeks in crypto.

Standard Chartered just dropped a pretty interesting report and initiated coverage on Chainlink/LINK with a $200 price target for 2030.

Yes $200 my friends. (which would be a roughly 2,400% increase from $8 or 25 bagger return).

It has been a wild f*cking couple of weeks in equity land.

We saw Citadel, headed by king size lord Ken Griffin, finesse retail investors and Leopold Aschenbrenner’s Situational Awareness fund with some classic mind games.

First calling for a surprise rate hike, then scooping up a tech/AI portfolio for pennies, and then coming back just days later in an August report to say the bull market is back on.

Markets ripped and we’re looking okay, but there is still the question of the Fed this year. Right now on Polymarket the odds of a rate hike sit at about 45% with no change sitting at 51%. Similar to where we were going into the last meeting.

Maybe we get another hike. Maybe we don’t.

The reality is that none of us knows exactly how the next few months will play out.

That’s part of the reason I wanted to write today’s post.

Instead of obsessing over the next Fed meeting, CPI print, or earnings season, it’s worth spending some time thinking about where capital could flow over the next five to ten years.

Those are the themes that have historically created life changing returns, and they’re usually identified long before they become consensus which is what happened with the latest batch of home runs that made people laughably rich.

Those plays have made some of you significant money over the last several years, and I have no doubt they will continue to be table stakes plays into the future. Barring a massive civilization ending recession in which former email job wagies are forced to sell cricket popsicles on the sidewalks you will still want your nice allocations to the S&P 500 and Nasdaq growing into the future.

But this morning I want to look a bit past the core AI/Tech/Memory hype that has driven markets in the last 500 days or so.

There is no denying these and many other companies have been fundamentally transformative businesses to the world but that trade is now largely consensus for those of us with long term views and we understand it is a crucial component of healthy risk on picks in the short term.

Crypto’s bear market is slowly chugging along.

My conviction is hardened, but time is our friend on that front for now. You just have to outlast the pain and we will re-focus the majority of our energy when the time comes (we’re slowly getting there). For what it’s worth Bitcoin looks surprisingly stable at the moment.

What else exists though?

Where is the next Sandisk or Micron or Nvidia that you can get into now?

What home runs can we find that are still lying dormant while people debate about a bubble popping in the next several months? Think back to Covid. Did any of use REALLY know how insane this AI run would be? Just my single first year trading bonus ALL in on Nvidia or Sandisk would’ve retired me. Crazy stuff to think about and I don’t want to miss the chance at that again down the line.

Today we’re going to look at 5 different sectors/themes and the tickers/companies within that I think will offer immense upside down the line.

Clarity Act Window Closing

The crypto market’s attention has shifted back to Washington.

After months of optimism surrounding the Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act, the legislation is entering what may be (and what we pray is) its final realistic window before Congress leaves for their nice little August recess.

Here’s where things stand as of yesterday:

• The bill has already cleared the House and advanced through the Senate Banking Committee

• It is officially on the Senate legislative calendar, meaning it is eligible for a floor vote

• But it still has no scheduled vote

You can view the latest odds on Polymarket.com for Clarity below. Will be good to monitor any big changes as the week progresses but odds sit at 27% this gets signed into law this year.

To overcome a filibuster, the legislation will likely need 60 votes which means roughly 7 Democratic senators must ultimately support cloture (the procedure to end a legislative debate and force an immediate vote).

While a handful of Democrats had supported earlier committee versions negotiations since then things have really stalled over several issues including:

• ethics provisions surrounding government official’s crypto activities (*cough Trump)

• consumer protection language

• stablecoin related banking concerns (this is where we got all the early objections from Coinbase and major banks)

Here is the TLDR.

For markets, the biggest risk here is this drawn out regulatory uncertainty.

Without the CLARITY Act, the SEC/CFTC turf war remains largely unresolved, leaving exchanges, token issuers, and crypto businesses operating in a frustrating legal limbo.

While I am pretty sure Bitcoin and Ethereum will likely remain driven primarily by macro liquidity, if this doesn’t go through we will likely see companies like Coinbase, Robinhood, Circle could face renewed pressure as regulatory clarity is pushed further into the future.

Will be interesting to see what comes next. Either way you should be ready to take advantage of the outcome as we move into Fall time. Have some dry powder, but be ready to move quick if we get some surprise catalyst between now and September/October.

One thing I will note is that I like this relative consistency by Bitcoin even if it is super boring.

Going to be a rainy day where I live so it’s time to hunker down in my office and hit the trenches.

Markets took a wild turn last night with semis and tech dumping while Korea’s KOSPI index (down 11%) might be giving us an early potential indication of what awaits our positions this morning.

Citadel is now anticipating a rate hike this week from the Fed and the narrative that the memory/AI bubble is losing steam looks like it is gaining some momentum.

There is a lot of noise in the markets right now (there will be good opportunities to buy names on the low) but today I want to focus on a crucial skill in 2026 and beyond, a skill that I consider table stakes for anybody who is trying to:

a.) make more money on top of a day job or corporate role

b.) get wealthy independently

c.) earn back their time

Today we are talking about selling on the internet/e commerce: making money online.

Focusing on my side businesses and online ventures while markets are volatile is one of my favorite things to do. It’s productive and it helps me focus on ways to boost my cash flow so that I can turn right back around and invest that money.

Selling online quite literally changed my entire life in a few years.

It gave me the opportunity to work for myself and leave corporate behind forever, to work anywhere in the world how and when I want, and it is a skill that is replicable.

You learn to do it once and you can continue iterations of it until you hit big. As I have said in previous guides, I have sold millions of dollars of products on the internet over the course of my life and while I am far from the expert, I know enough to equip you with the basics to get it started for yourself.

Those of you who are already in a sales type roles (banking, sales & trading, tech sales, consulting, etc.) will find that the skills you learn in corporate naturally extend into this realm as well and even give you a leg up.

The opportunity is undeniable.

Global ecommerce sales are projected to reach approximately $6.9 trillion in 2026, up from roughly $6.4 trillion in 2025, and are expected to approach $7.9 trillion by 2028.

You want a part of that? I sure do. One of my favorite parts of selling online is that it is virtually an unlimited pool of customers. I remember having sales jobs where I had one territory or one region. Eventually you prospected MOST potential buyers or clients. You don’t have that problem selling online.

More than 3 billion people shop online worldwide, and by 2028 roughly half of everyone over age 14 is expected to be an online shopper.

If you aren’t running some type of business online you are leaving money on the table AND you are limiting yourself. Eventually, these things can become automated or outsourced which contributes to a major goal we talk about all the time: stopping the act of trading your time for money.

You want to make money while you’re on vacation, while you’re out to dinner, or while you’re at the gym.

It accumulates quick. We have done posts on this in the past including the Simple Guide To Make Money Online but today is a grittier and more direct add on (you can read the old guides after this or before).

Today I am going to walk you through:

• Sourcing your products

• Vetting and testing them (make them different)

• Setting up an online store front with Shopify

As I have said before, the people building true wealth are increasingly becoming owners of things and creators.

If you can learn to source products, build a brand, and convince strangers on the internet to trust you with their money, you’ve developed a skill that can pay you for decades and the best part is, every month it is getting easier with automation, AI, and new apps to help streamline it all so you can focus on the big picture stuff.

Making money online is simple. All it requires is that you:

• Choose to start (today ideally)

• Stay consistent over time

• Build something you are proud of

The money will follow, you will learn the blueprint, and you will be able reduce your dependency on one income, potentially sell your company/brand, and increase your financial freedom and prosperity.
