By my judgement it’s time we begin to take a much more serious look at what is transpiring around across the globe.

Something is cooking and it does not look good.

• The crypto exchange Binance experienced the largest financial hack/hiest in history, reportedly being drained of around $6.3B.

• Crypto markets dumped hard on the news with Bitcoin now trading around $77,000 and $ETH around $2,250 this morning

• Ukraine struck a Russian oil refinery ending the recent truce/pause the WSJ reported this morning

• The Pentagon announced that they suspect that a cyberattack was behind freezer malfunctions targeting food supplies at US military bases in late August. Similar freezer attacks happened in France this year

• More cyber attacks hit Polymarket, US FEC, and the Florida education system

• Big tech is getting clobbered this week. fell over -12%, is down 26%, and fell after weak earnings shedding $500 billion in market value

I want to impose upon all of you the 100 foot view here.

AI and technology have clearly exponentially grown the range of threats and risks to the stability of our world. We are seeing new examples everyday and financial markets are beginning to reflect that volatility. There are endless opportunities for things to go wrong online now and that ordinarily wouldn’t be an issue except the entire modern world runs online.

On top of that, we already have a tinderbox of physical real world events like the War in Ukraine, the unrest in the Middle East, and the social tension in Western nations over issues like immigration, inflation, job markets, and living conditions.

A brutal recipe.

This is the kind of game board some folks would likely prefer to just flip over rather than deal with each issue individually if you catch my drift.

It definitely feels as if we are on the brink of a major event.

Why are world governments telling people to be prepared?

What is actually going on with these endless hacks on the internet targeting infrastructure, financial exchanges, and structural organizations?

How do the midterms, Iran, and our geopolitical foes play into it all?

Let’s discuss the events of the last 24 hours to get an idea of what might be coming down the pipe.

The Cyber Threat & Global Stage

Now take my opinion with a grain of salt.

But, as someone who was pretty spot on during Covid and over the last 6 years, my thoughts on what might be coming center around a digital disruption or massive cyber attack.

That could come in many forms. It could be power outages, grid failures, a massive financial sector cyber attack (Binance?), or it could be something even more drastic like an EMP or total blackout.

The big questions:

• Is this simply rogue AI or swarms or AI? We know the internet is experiencing unprecedented amounts of attacks. My gut tells me leaders know this is now out of control…..

• Is it operating independently or is it being leveraged by someone?

• If it is being leveraged or used, is it a country (Russia, China, North Korea, Iran?) or is it a group or organization?

• If it is not AI is it a new cyber capability used by the aforementioned groups?

• How might governments use this chaos to their advantage (i.e. what convenient solution might they impose on us to “save us” if this comes to pass

And if you have any doubts about the possibility that this could be an intentional or “scripted” plot at hand here, I would remind you of what Klaus Schwab, the founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, said about the threats we are seeing this month.

He referenced a future "cyber pandemic" that could disrupt critical infrastructure like power grids, water systems, and financial networks with consequences potentially more severe than COVID-19.

Huh. Sounds pretty spot on doesn’t it?

So that’s what my gut tells me. This is digital and tech based in nature and that might be the platform or shape this “thing” or “event” ends up taking.

Now again, as I said on X, to me and to most of you, it won’t matter if this ends up being a government operation/false flag OR if it is some organic event put in place by AI, a rogue actor, nation state, etc. The consequences and disruption that a massive cyber event or grid issue would bring to our daily lives is almost inconceivable.

Believe me when I say that.

Most of us are not ready. Imagine what happens if this goes sideways and scales:

• Hospitals can lose power

• Refrigerated food goes bad

• Grids go down

• Traffic lights out

• Emergency services are crippled

• Water plants go down

• Supply chains collapse

• Financial sector collapses/panic ensues

• Gas stations go out

There’s also the CBDC, digital ID angle here if you are looking for a “okay but why"?”.

These are documented plans/ideas, not far fetched theories.

The monkey brained version?

Crash the internet, bank accounts, and markets and then provide the solution……

A controlled, government issued currency that you need to provide a digital ID to obtain. Not so different from a vaccine for a man made virus huh?!

Elon Musk said this week that super intelligence AI agents are going to eventually hack financial systems to obtain money for themselves, not humans (WatcherGuru).

Is it that far fetched to assume that as we sit here this morning there are swarms of rogue AI entities online probing and prodding any potential targets and vulnerabilities?

I don’t believe so. In fact I think that it is likely.

If you have read my prepping guides you know my basic approach to all of this. The only thing I will say is last night with the Binance news I kind of entered a new gear.

There are so many possible black swans at play we have:

• A US build up in the Middle East/likely Iran strikes coming

• Midterm election outcomes

• Cyber/AI Threats

• Financial market volatility and potential vulnerability

I will be stocking up on some more basics today.

Water, batteries, oatmeal, peanut butter, powdered milk for the baby, etc. Things I normally like to have a stash of anyways. No need to go into full on panic mode, but I think it would be foolish to ignore all of these signs and events and then have to go scramble when the normie hordes finally realize it is the real deal. Worst case you have extra shit you use anyway. Worst case you are blindsided entirely.

That’s not a spot to be in.

My advice is just take some of these threats seriously.

Sure it might be fear mongering before elections, or psy ops, or noise.

But in the off chance it is not, don’t be caught entirely unprepared and clueless.

Financial Markets

You can’t win em all and this week is a good example in tech stocks.

A few of the names I highlighted in my dip buying guide got hit hard including . The Trump Admin’s stake is now down about about $11.34 billion…. Long term? Maybe it is an opportunity but for the moment it’s clear Wall Street’s ambitious expectations are driving down some of the AI run darlings.

But it’s not just Intel. The entire market and the big dogs are getting clapped. Macro Paper reports $3.54 Trillion has been wiped out from just 5 Magnificent Seven stocks since their all time highs…..

Wild stuff.

Full transparency I will be buying more of today but it was a surprise for most. I also added some to boost dividends. I also like the relative strength from some defense names like and .

Global equities, particularly in tech and AI are getting murdered. The Chinese CSI 300 index has officially fallen for 12 straight weeks. About $2.4 trillion in market value shed since the May peak according to Bloomberg.

At the time of me writing this (about 9:47am ET) the Nasdaq is down almost 3% and the S&P is down 1.2%. Don’t be surprised to see more dumping today.

And to top it all off Jim Cramer tweeted “buy”. So who knows maybe this is just the beginning of this nasty flush.

My gut instinct tells me this is a great fear driven sale to buy into, I just wouldn’t get overly enthusiastic or reckless.

Crypto was looking phenomenal yesterday as Stan Druckenmiller shouted out HYPE Hyperliquid in his first tweet ever (and Elon replied “interesting”). PEPE was ripping, ETH was looking better, and then we got hit with the Binance hack. Liquidations hit about $1.6B in 24 hours according to CoinTelegraph.

A culprit is still being tracked down by blockchain investigators but TRM Labs is saying it was North Korea’s elite hacking unit TraderTraitor.

Not sure if I buy that and wouldn’t even discount Binance themselves being involved. Who fucking knows man.

Could this be the bottom for crypto?

Potentially, if there aren’t repeat instances of hacks that further scare the market. This rhymes a bit with the FTX blowup that marked the market bottom years ago and you would be hard pressed to find a time in the last two years when panic and fear were higher.

Particularly if you factor in the AI hack black swan FUD. Michael Saylor said this morning on X:

PEPE looks phenomenal this morning and I think it could be a sign that some memes will begin to move without the broader majors rebounding first. Around $35M of PEPE was stolen in the Binance hack and the price barely moved at all.

In regards to BTC/ETH you could reasonably make the argument we’ve held up decently well all things considered. In the past these types of events would lead to instant 15% or 20%+ drops.

I can only reiterate my longstanding advice to you.

Spread out any buys, and do not fully ape what you think is the exact bottom. Keep some more dry powder ready.

Don’t just diversify your investments, diversify how and where you hold them. Multiple bank accounts, multiple crypto cold storage devices/exchanges, and physical metals/cash as well. Spread it out.

If it all goes offline then it doesn’t matter anyway right?

I know it can be unsettling but take these basic steps and you will sleep better at night. As far as broad market sentiment? I am waiting to see how the Midterm/Iran saga plays out. That, and seeing if this “happening” comes to any sort of head before EOY.

I am happy with my current allocations across crypto and equities and I won’t catch any falling knives with the exception of some fire sale buys on names I love like and .

Knowledge really is advantage these days and most people don’t know where to get the latest information to inform their decisions.

We were going to dive into Midterm analysis and predictions today but I cannot help shake the feeling that we’ve more than likely got something major brewing underneath the surface.

Take a look at the headlines of the last two weeks:

• United Kingdom officials told residents to stock up to nine litres of bottled water and three days’ worth of food in new government guidance designed to ensure that households can survive a weather, cyber or other serious emergency (The Guardian)

• Quietly over the last two weeks 18 or so governments and regions have now issued eerily similar warnings

• A massive wave of cyberattacks hit the global internet last week after artificial intelligence models uncovered critical memory safety vulnerabilities in PHP. Hackers immediately deployed automated AI agents to exploit the flaws, causing exploitation attempts to jump into the millions within hours of public disclosure

• According to a report by the New York Post, the US military is preparing for the possibility of a major conflict that could cripple power grids, disrupt supply chains, and threaten critical infrastructure on American soil (The Strait Report)

• The above came just after Fox News reported Secretary of War Pete Hegseth ordered US military bases at home to prepare to operate on their own for 90 days

• FEMA came out and announced a nationwide Emergency Alert System test across the United States set for November 17 at 2:20 p.m. ET.

• Emergency protocols were activated after reports of a fire and radioactive material release at a nuclear research facility in South Carolina, United States last night

• Reports indicate North Korea fired around 10 ballistic missiles into the sea off its east coast this morning

This is starting to look like pre conditioning for a major happening and I mean that completely. I’m not being a doomer or larper.

I am getting early Covid vibes.

Today however, given the fact it definitely feels like something is brewing, we’re going a step deeper into my personal preps, what I carry, use, and store in the event of an adverse event or black swan.

As I have stated before you don’t need some Cloverfield type underground nuclear fallout shelter to be prepared if some of these events come to pass.

It takes some forethought, common sense, and effort to plan out how you or your family would be able to try and operate NORMALLY in abnormal conditions in society or the world.

For new subscribers or those curious I’m a 34 year old suburban dad with a wife and two young children under 5. I am not a red neck in the woods or a 23 year old tech worker in San Francisco or New York. Yes, my typical content is financial markets, memes, and geopolitical analysis BUT since Covid I have started to focus some time and energy on the best ways to be prepared for any outcome in this wild world we now live in.

Here is the reality.

Nobody thinks about prepping or contingencies until bad things happen and then many people have an “oh shit” moment.

Normies panic, people do dumb shit, and you get swarms of unstable crowds in public running around like do-do birds. You also get bad actors and scumbags who were waiting for the first chance to do evil shit.

This is where things can get unpredictable and dangerous. Where you might find yourself without what you need, in a situation where you are in danger, or worse, unprepared for the worst.

You can avoid that all by simply planning ahead and not wearing the rose colored glasses (you know the ones your normie coworker can’t possibly take off?).

You hedge in financial markets and when you make trades so why not for real world events? In this day age? Come on brother.

We have wars raging, high inflation, scumbag politicians, corruption all around us, rogue AI agents swarming the web, and repeated warnings emerging left and right.

Do not let the tech heavy synthetic world we live in stop you from remembering lessons of history or applying common sense. You do not need to go overboard but everyone should be able to weather a short term storm and come out on the other side okay. And to be clear that’s all we are doing today.

I am not qualified nor inspired to attempt to give you a “Last of Us” or Cormac McCarthy’s “The Road” guide to the apocalypse. I’m not even sure those are world’s I would like my family to spend any amount of time in at all.

Before we get into specifics, people have asked me before “what is your everyday carry” or “what do you have for if shit really hits the fan”. I am happy to oblige off the rip, but bear in mind this is a snapshot depending on where I have gear, what I need more of, where I store stuff etc.

Disclaimer* - I am also a gear nut/tactical slut.

Yesterday afternoon I briefly pulled a.) everything on my person and in my truck and b.) what I had in my safe that I could deploy for an actual shit hits the fan scenario in my neighborhood in 5 minutes.

The top is everyday carry or what was in my truck and the bottom is a tasting (if you will) of what I would carry in the unlikely event my town or neighborhood turns into a war zone within minutes.

Only thing missing from the top is a flashlight, though I have one on my firearm. As a suburban dad you will notice this showing is pretty simple and straightforward. The top gives me what I need to deal with 99% of day to day ((plus maybe water and my phone).

The top probably runs (I am spitballing) somewhere around $600 all in.

The bottom somewhere around $1,500.

My doctrine for prepping is straightforward - I have capability everyday if things go wrong and I’m not a soft bellied soyboy American either if things go really south…..

Adjust your level of preps for what you are comfortable with, where you live, and the scenarios you might face. I live in the ruralish suburbs.

Will it be AS chaotic as the big city if the grid goes down? No.

Will acquiring essentials in the first 48 hours of a prolonged crisis be important? Yes.

Will being able to protect my residence from intruders or protect my family if we need to relocate be important? Yes.

I fully recognize both of these setups are unrealistic for someone living in New York City. Adjust accordingly.

Morale patches on your plate carrier are optional but if you don’t have them you lose immense amounts of aura……..

Hope you guys had a good Monday and a great weekend. We are entering Halloween week with quite a few stories and themes worth paying attention to.

Today we’re getting back into markets and investment picks as we approach midterm season and as the world devolves into more psy ops and chaos.

Side note - reports this weekend indicated that the War Department is preparing major U.S. military bases to be able to operate for 90 days without any outside support, including civilian power grids, food, water, and other supplies. Hmm.

Probably a good time to take some of the prepping considerations we reviewed two weeks ago more seriously. It seems that the next black swan or “big thing” could definitely be cyber/AI or digital related. Take 5 minutes to consider how your life would be impacted if we lost power, internet, and cellular for 2 days. How about a week or more?

It’s going to be a very busy week in markets globally. We already witnessed a catastrophic -30% collapse of Brazilian equities in the aftermath of their election in which Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva “defeated” Flávio Bolsonaro. Air quotes because it’s pretty obvious what happened down there.

But I digress!

Our friends at the Kobeissi Letter laid out a nice clear schedule of this week’s major events for the US on Sunday. We have data drops, major earnings for and and a Fed meeting Wednesday.

Good spread of chaos to unfold.

In my mind we are at an interesting crossroads moving into year end with a handful of potential outcomes/catalysts to move market.

• The Iran War (rumors of escalation before and after Midterm results are flooding the internet and OSINT communities right now

• The Midterms themselves and the outcome may influence market projections and sentiment for next year or so as people look ahead to 2028

• A potential AI/cyber black swan event (many signs this might be coming including banks reporting AI agent hacks and governments warning of cyber threats)

All of these have the capability to drastically swing markets and prices, but there’s the possibility they are all noise as well — what are the chances we get to 2027 and markets decide to turn on the afterburners?

I’ve already stressed repeatedly (along with other outlets) that you need to own assets to make it in this new economy.

There’s no choice anymore.

Because of that the mistake of being sidelined or taking risk off at the wrong time is even more brutal.

Regardless one major bi-product of the money printing and hyper bullish environment we have seen for years is people just get used to a turbo bullish environment at all times. They forget that markets ebb and flow.

The majority of people are going to let this volatility, uncertainty, and fear get to them and either panic sell, overtrade, or miss some golden opportunities on the dip. I’ve talked endlessly about the power of accumulating on a longer time frame and right now is no different. I believe it is an excellent chance to get some good buys in at levels that may look silly in a few months or in 2027.

Today we will look at my batch of equities and assets I am buying on this pullback as well as my general thoughts on where crypto stands. We will wrap up with some thoughts on all of this fear mongering across various nations on potential black swans and how to incorporate that into the risk you are taking in markets.

Equities

Equities head into the final week of October with quite a few reasons for people to panic and hit the sell button. We have the Iran War, expensive oil, questions about AI spending/AI topping out, and the crucial November 3 midterms which are beginning to really heat up.

For stocks, understand that the problem is pretty straightforward. We have higher oil prices that squeeze the consumer. This raises business costs and it makes inflation harder to bring down (in theory).

All of that puts more pressure on Warsh’s Fed right when investors would be very happy to get some breathing room. But let’s be honest the market runs of since Covid have been laughably bullish. We’ve probably gotten a little spoiled and gotten much too accustomed to every dip getting bought back up almost immediately.

Keep that in mind, this recent pullback isn’t THAT crazy, especially when you keep in mind that the administration really can’t keep markets down going into Midterms. That would be pretty brutal for optics.

Now, this guide is dropping Tuesday morning and I am writing it on Sunday.

There is a chance we see a turbo bounce on Monday (yesterday). Don’t be surprised (I am editing this Tuesday morning and this did in fact happen).

I would enter the rest of this week cautiously bullish.

Be on the lookout for a catalyst that the administration uses to prop up the markets leading into the bulk of voting. That’s why I think right now is an interesting time to look at some of the names we will discuss today.

Many of you probably remember when I said (multiple) times over the past couple months that things were relatively calm on the “happening” front.

Over the past couple years we had a series of tumultuous events on the world stage that captured attention, media coverage, and people’s energy, things like the assassination attempts on President Trump, the murder of Charlie Kirk, the Iran War, multiple virus scares (monkeypox/Russia), and the protests against ICE in the US.

It’s clear over the past 48 hours what the next thing(s) may be and today we are going to dive into them in full Arb Letter schizo rant style.

What we will discuss today is serious. As serious, if not more serious than the threat of mass immigration that we discussed Tuesday in relation to the unrest and protests in France and abroad.

Mid Term Plots Uncovered - Is a Color Revolution Being Planned in The United States?

The shilling political text messages are firing up, media ads are spinning, and we are entering Midterm election season. Republicans are trying to hold the House and Senate, while Democrats want the votes to block Trump’s agenda and launch investigations into his administration. Odds right now of a Democrat sweep on Polymarket sit at 69%.

Regardless of what you think of President Trump or the Republican party (I have my critiques) if you are honest, you’ve been able to take away quite a bit from the last several years.

At this point it is obvious forces we can and cannot see are willing and have been willing to do literally anything to stop Trump (including kill him). The United States entered entirely new territory in the contested 2020 election and almost everyday since has dialed up the tensions between the right and left in this country.

We now see that vicious back and forth surging in Europe as well in major countries like Germany, France, the UK, and Italy.

Readers here also understand the “uniparty” concept in the US, which is that we are governed and ruled by an amorphous blob of corrupt politicians, corporations, and individuals at the highest levels of government, intelligence, and private sectors. You have the establishment/uniparty/deep state and you have those who are not in it.

I don’t much care for the vanilla right vs. left debate anymore. Are modern Republicans cringe? Yeah. Are some traitorous snakes and scumbags? Yes.

It is obvious we need change, but it is also obvious there are nefarious forces working to push socialism, progressivism, and actual authoritarianism in the West.

The past decade has illuminated many major controversies and threats to the West including (to name just a few):

• Opening borders to mass migration

The extremist progressive left is a major threat to not only the US but the world. It is this egalitarian/hyper leftist agenda that you know when you see (assuming you haven’t chugged the Kool Aid). You know the people accusing the right of what they themselves are doing, the ones saying “Democracy is at risk” or we only “support peaceful protests”……

The ones saying 2020 election fraud is impossible while simultaneously priming their base for “election fraud” in the 2026 Midterms. Calling January 6th the biggest affront to democracy ever while egging on street violence and mass protests against the LEGAL deportation of people who broke the law and came into the US illegally, hatching ambushes in Texas for ICE agents.

Calling the arrest or prosecution of Somali Fraud rings in Minnesota “racist”.

The ones accusing Trump of fascism when they cheer at the murder of their political opponents and try to seize Elon Musk’s assets. They worked with banks to censor conservatives and added people to targeted lists for purchasing red MAGA hats. They worked with big tech to censor Covid information and help sway the election for Biden. They leak Supreme Court rulings and dox their political opponents to put them in harm’s way.

Yeah those people and organizations.

We can play cute “what ifs” all day, or try to equate modern conservatism to the far left, but the underlying threat is clear. The modern left resembles absolutely NOTHING of it’s former self and now, it is being hijacked by idealogical extremists and parties like the Democratic Socialists for America. They have ZERO issue playing dirty, using violence, or breaking all the rules to consolidate power.

Open borders. Free speech censorship. No room for political discourse. Socialism. Taxpayer money for sex change initiatives overseas and regime change. Soft terrorism by weaponizing their deranged street soldiers.

All the while claiming THEY are the virtuous ones.

Thanks to some idiotic moves that led to zoom meeting being stored in public drives, Data Republican was able to source audio and video of a devious operation by DSA (Democratic Socialists of America) and other actors to “delegitimize” and subvert midterm elections and the presidency of the United States.

It is nothing short of a comprehensive operational plan to change the structure of the US government with assistance from Democratic mayors, governors, and institutions.

He says: “The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth ( a multi pronoun political science lunatic at Harvard who specializes in resistance movements) who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change”.

I understand all of these acronyms are confusing and you’re like “Andy who are we talking about here”. That’s the point by the way, to confuse you. Many of these organizations have very little publicly available data which is why this find by DataRepublican is so wild.

If you want to understand this entire web of organizations and people THIS is a good start.

Danielle M. Reiff (former diplomat working with USAID) can be heard describing the “trigger” incidents for implementing structural changes in Part I of the recordings (you can find the archive of recordings on Data Republican’s X account).

This group of psychos are basically plotting (on recorded audio) ways in which they can de-legitimize the US government and Trump administration and change it themselves after goading Trump into cracking down on street protests.

Many of these individuals were former US AID leeches that were unexpectedly out of work, although they also have over 1,000 former DOD, intelligence, and military personnel in their ranks as well. These people have reach, connections, and the experience to subvert governments. They’re also meeting with state governors including Illinois governor JB Pritzker and California governor Gavin Newsom.

In the wake of the videos and audio uncovered by Data Republican millions of people are now in the know so the rats predictably engaged the Washington Post for a quick propaganda piece to downplay their plot titled U.S. officials privately advise states fearing Trump election meddling.

Blame Trump, change the framing and make it sound innocent. Classic.

Wade Miller, Executive Director for the Center for Renewing America and former US Marine had the following to say about the leaks.

I’m still looking into all of these leaks from Data Republican and others, and whether or not it can be determined that their actions are legally treasonous, it is quite clear that in actuality their plan is to foment violent protest against “authoritarianism” in order to illicit a law enforcement response to protect communities and citizens from violence, and then use that action as evidence of authoritarianism and to further fuel protests with the express intent of delegitimizing the government so that they can further their revolutionary aims.

Why I don’t simply roll my eyes and treat this as commie activists just cosplaying to make themselves sound important… people who have worked at USAID and networks who have field color revolutions abroad are actively involved with this at the organizational level.

This is a serious ploy by people who have professional experience advancing color revolutions.

Cynical Publius, an absolute must follow on X synthesized Data Republican’s findings concisely for us in an X thread. I know some of this can be dense and confusing but hang with me.

He points out that the United States is experiencing an attempted “color revolution,” alleging that tactics used to destabilize foreign governments are now being directed against the Trump administration.

Publius identifies six core components we should be aware of:

• funding

• activist training

• coordinated narratives and symbolism

• disputed elections as triggers

• elite pressure

• defections by military or security forces.

NGOs, former USAID personnel, wealthy donors, media organizations, and former national security officials are coordinating these efforts under the banner of “protecting democracy”

Publius correctly (in my mind) predicts that the midterm elections could trigger protests and a confrontation between federal and state authorities, with the ultimate goal of undermining constitutional government. The first piece of this is conditioning people that their will be a “blue wave”. When it doesn’t happen they can cry afoul, which is fucking ironic considering what took place in the 2020 election.

It all points towards a crisis or series of crises in which these groups can activate and leverage them to push their plans forward through what can be described as a soft coup or color revolution.

Trump invoking, even justly, the insurrection act to counter France-style mass riots, is their Vlade Divac taking a charge in the NBA moment, for them, it will highlight WHY he is a tyrant (despite being entirely appropriate). The same logic (or lack thereof) is applied to violently resisting ICE deporting illegals or when violent protestors jump in front of cars and then cry they were hit.

Or when violent criminals get shot attacking people and leftist courts defend the attacker.

This is a sick progressive twisting of law and order, logic and rationale.

What is a color revolution?

We have covered it before but for those of you who are new or who want a refresher (Wikipedia’s definition is as follows):

Color revolutions are a series of mostly non-violent mass protests and regime changes that took place across post-Soviet states and the former Yugoslavia during the early 21st century, aimed at establishing Western-style democracies.

Common examples are the:

• Bulldozer Revolution (2000): Overthrew Yugoslav president Slobodan Milošević

• Rose Revolution (2003): Toppled Eduard Shevardnadze in Georgia

• Orange Revolution (2004): Challenged and annulled fraudulent presidential election results in Ukraine, bringing Viktor Yushchenko to power

• Tulip Revolution (2005): Ousted President Askar Akayev in Kyrgyzstan

Think shady, CIA, NGO, activist campaigns, weapons grade propaganda, shadow funding, gaslighting, social media schemes, and dirty tricks to overthrow governments or regimes. Colors are important in a color revolution because they provide instant visual identity, foster collective unity, and signal specific political or social goals (i.e. Antifa Black Bloc).

The TLDR version of this is that officials, operatives, and individuals once associated with these regime change mechanisms OVERSEAS, are now turning them to US soil and the West.

The video below can get you up to speed on what this now looks like now in the wake of Elon Musk (who is now one of their top targets) annihilating USAID, which was the backbone of progressive shadow financing and regime change worldwide. Everything from rap music in major cities to fake AIDS camps as CIA covers, to sex change operation funding in Africa.

At the same time as these meetings are going on, you have a stark change in language from key leftist leaders to condition the public.

Sen. Elissa Slotkin is a key piece to all of this.

Remember that name.

She is a former CIA analyst who served three tours in Iraq alongside the U.S. military, Elissa then worked in national security roles at the Pentagon and White House under Bush and Obama. She now serves as a Democratic U.S. senator from Michigan, following three terms in the House of Representatives.

She was previously involved in the seditious six conspiracy we spoke about months ago, in which six Democratic members of Congress with military or intelligence backgrounds released that video in November 2025 telling U.S. service members they have a “legal obligation to refuse unlawful or unconstitutional orders”.

It was obvious then and it is obvious now, Slotkin and her cronies on the left don’t give a shit about unlawful or unconstitutional orders, they want dissent in the ranks. They want to foment resistance within our military and government to the Trump administration. We saw this endlessly during Trump’s first term with General Milley and co. conspiring and defying the commander in chief behind his back.

Sen. Slotkin is now back in the limelight having recently said in an interview at the University of Chicago:

Which of course is a not so veiled lawfare threat based on people’s political views. Democracy my ass. Michael Bicksel, a student at University of Chicago filed a formal ethics complaint against Slotkin just this week in response.

Just last night Illinois Governor JB Pritzker said the following on X:

Isn’t it just laughable? Pay attention to this framing. Who said anything about silencing Americans? Trump didn’t. Slotkin sure alluded to it though didn’t she? She how this works? Him and “governors across this country”. He is already using language to reinforce the us vs. them dynamic highlighted in the DSA and United Democracy Alliance. “Fierce resistance”? Well that sounds literally like what I described just moments ago (that’s because it is). If you had any doubt about state governor involvement in this “delegitimize” Trump scheme, it should be gone now.

Pritzker literally confirmed his involvement.

Pretty wild how the whole progressive beast moves in lock step.

Bottom line here guys.

I am not telling you that you need to be a Republican or like Donald trump. I really don’t care. I care about my country (or what’s left of it).

I don’t want us ruled by anti American Ozempic HR moms, imported foreigners, and bureaucratic marxists who hate beauty, strength, and liberty.

I am highlighting very real threats to the US political system and our society as key players race for control of our political future. There are efforts being implemented right now to change the face of our government and legal system. Regime change is one method, but they are hard at work to change the demographics of the US as well to aid them in their efforts to consolidate staying power.

Fischer King outlined it on X, but Kamala Harris alluded to it in a recent interview. Beyond this street action regime change, the plan is simple. Expand the Supreme Court, abolish the Electoral College and make D.C. and Puerto Rico states (with new voters).

If you can’t look at this information objectively and say “yeah that’s a problem” then you’ve lost the plot. In no constitutional republic or serious country are these kinds of things ignored or downplayed. I cannot IMAGINE the outcry from the left if the roles were reversed and they came upon audio of a plot to challenge the presidency or administration.

They would indict, jail, and prosecute within hours as they did on January 6th, tracking down people endlessly for even being within a mile of the event.

We have open calls for actual transgressions against democracy and the American people, schemed up to undermine elections, rattle faith in our country, and challenge the power of the executive branch openly.

We have a VERY volatile situation in society at the moment with the combination of anti American actors, radical ideology, the apathy of many, and this “bring down Donald Trump at all costs” brain disorder that so many people have fallen victim to. People get so caught up in partisan politics that they lose sight of ACTUAL tyranny and treason.

Undermining our constitution, elections, and society should be tolerated by none of us.

Be wary this midterm season and the lead up to the next election. Social unrest, riots, false flags, claims of voter fraud, rigging, foreign interference, you name it — they are all likely and I would expect them.

The ironic part is so many instances have ACTUALLY happened by the same people and organizations who will be telling you it is happening now.

Like some brain dead parrot repeating the same catch phrases.

I can pretty much guarantee some iteration of what we discussed is coming soon and it comes at a time when the radical vein of socialism is gaining steam within the modern carcass of the Democratic party.

There are forces at work to gaslight you to all hell and manipulate real world events to achieve their end goals of solidifying power and tossing liberty and freedom out of the window.

Stay frosty and alert — the mind of the progressive mob is waiting for it’s next marching orders during a time of heightened macro, economic, and societal tensions.

And earmark the “election interference” catch phrase. That seems to be the first step of the plan. Make everyone think that’s what’s going on with zero proof it is occuring.

Cyber Threats

Crazy stuff right? Well it looks like it’s a big week of happenings all around.

Right on the heels of our Prepping Guide we put out with former SEAL Team Commander Sam Havelock of The SOFX Report, it appears there are some emerging cyber threats ramping up as well.

The National Security Agency (NSA) Cybersecurity arm on X posted the following warning this week:

PHP (which stands for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) is a free, open-source, server-side scripting language designed explicitly for web development.

As Insider Paper explained on X, the vulnerabilities could allow unauthenticated attackers to execute malicious code on affected servers over the internet. What is the TLDR? This was essentially an internet wide cyber event right underneath our noses.

And it wasn’t just functionality either, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and Wells Fargo also detected unauthorized AI agents that were accessing customer accounts and attempting to act without user instructions this week.

It’s what’s best for you! It’s not a digital vaccine of money! It’s just the only way you can survive now! Oh and by the way, we control it entirely!

After all British citizens were just urged to stockpile food and other essentials as the threat of cyberattacks against the country hits new levels.

UK Defence Secretary Wes Streeting said this week that “state-sponsored terrorism” poses an increasing threat to everyday life in the country and people should be prepared (Nine.com/au).

This is the world we live in now gents. Don’t write off this possibility for disruption and share these updates with friends and family!

• YachtLifeRadio on X shared: I work in private aviation. We are swamped with Private jets leaving the (Middle East) region past 48hrs. Not just wealthy expats and diplomats, royals leaving undercover. This started on Monday night for us, meaning they knew way before the announcements today

• France has recorded the world’s first human case of Shamonda virus, and the patient died. Health authorities said the virus, which normally infects farm animals, was detected in a person for the first time. It was previously believed not to infect humans (Visegard 24)

• Anthropic's deputy security chief has warned cyber threats are going to get “a lot worse before they get better,” urging companies to prepare for the next 18 months (Polymarket)

• Unusual Whales and other outlets are reporting "US embassy staff and families ordered to leave Saudi Arabia, with families of embassy staff in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Qatar and Bahrain also ordered to leave” (AFP)

• Moderna shares crashed 18% after details from a closely guarded mRNA-based cancer-vaccine study were shared on social media, raising concerns that the treatment might not be as effective as initially hoped (Insider Paper)

Happy 600th edition of Arb Letter.

But this new episode in France and Europe is a stark reminder of just how bad the problem has gotten inside Western countries.

The headlines are stacking up in the last 48 hours:

• Riots, looting, and protests in France have rapidly expanded

• Milan Italy and other European cities and countries are starting to see much of the same unrest

• Hundreds of schools in Northern Ireland, Scotland, Hungary, and Serbia received bomb threats signed “Allahu Akbar”

• Visegard 24 reported that 141 Italian police officers have been wounded in the riots and looting taking place in Milan over the past 2 days

In his controversial novel Camp of the Saints that I have referenced here multiple times, author Jean Raspail depicts the collapse of Western civilization after a fleet of one million impoverished migrants sails from Calcutta and makes landfall in France.

If you’ve read the book, it is 1000% on the dot right down to the opening scene where the main character sits in his home in South France (right near Marseille which is currently being looted) and sees the swarms of migrants arriving on a beach.

It’s scary.

You’ve probably seen some of the popular quotes posted online in reference to the calamity of mass migration in the West including:

“Your universe has no meaning to them. They will not try to understand. They will be tired, they will be cold, they will make a fire with your beautiful oak door...”

“You represent abundance to them. Thanks to your mere presence, they've learned that it exists somewhere on Earth and that you're racked by guilt for not sharing it.”

Raspail’s dystopian future he paints in that novel has come to play out almost identically today.

Unrest is spreading across Europe driven by a host of factors but no doubt amplified by the fragmented cultural and demographic landscape that has formed over several decades.

Those of us in the US and other countries would do well to pay attention to what is taking place in France and other pockets of Europe.

It is not an understatement at this point to say the cultural issues highlighted in France and other European countries are the single most pressing for the West right now.

Hands down. Nothing else matters if it is not put under control.

Despite the destruction and more protests scheduled for Saturday, there is only a 17% chance that France declares a state of emergency by the end of the year. Pretty wild, but no surprise for those of us who know that Macron would rather push the inconvenient truths under the mat then have to address the real issues at hand.

Today we’re going to cover everything we know, the forces behind this mass scale civil unrest, and why I believe it will come to the US and other places very soon. This is not something you can just ignore anymore.

This is the state of the West right now, and it’s been building towards this for some time.

These are Not Students

Part of why I wanted to write this today is to impress upon you the complexity of the current global landscape.

Sure, there are facets of this that all of us who are based and level headed, can see very clearly with our own eyes.

Mass immigration is the single biggest. There is no doubt any more. I have absolutely no qualms saying that today.

Importing hordes of foreigners who have zero intention on ever assimilating to their host nation is a cancer that is beginning to show itself boldly and openly for the world to see. Those of us who have been lulled into the happy tele-tubby world of progressive politics and equity and diversity choose not to see it. Those of us with a good head on our shoulders are watching things spiral out of control in France, realizing it wouldn’t take much for the same thing to happen in other countries.

The fractures in society are waking more people up. It is becoming impossible to ignore it or downplay it.

But how many people actually realize what is at stake here?

Due to many of you asking and DMing me, today we are going to dive into one of my favorite topics and that is how to prepare for the world we live in.

I know.

New subscribers probably hear this and think we are going to go down some insane nuclear war - bury a shipping container in your backyard - and eat ramen for months - rabbit hole.

Thankfully, there are many more practical ways to remain prepared for our changing world in 2026 and beyond and I am a huge proponent of spreading awareness about them.

Few of them rely on hiding in the ground like a rat. I view preparation as a basic input into how I approach life now. I layer in contingencies, plan for bad outcomes, and try to ensure that whatever obstacle I encounter can be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

As we watch violence and force being used in riots, protests, wars, by governments, and in new conflicts, it’s incredibly important to provide a framework for learning to defend yourself, your family, and your community

• Contingencies, Medical, Life Necessities - While it is certainly not the sexiest concept within prepping, it is arguably the most important area to expand on. As populations grow, infrastructure breaks down, and systems become strained, being able to ensure you or your family can continue a normal life in the event these things fail should be one of your top concerns

• Operating in Day to Day Life - What is your spiritual life like? If you aren’t spiritual do you spend time hardening yourself mentally? Seeking out discomfort? Learning news things? These are inputs into daily mentalities that I believe matter very much when you live in volatile times. We will discuss some of my basic considerations and hear Sam’s thoughts as well.

Financial Considerations

The world keeps getting more and more chaotic when it comes to financial health, prosperity, and ensuring you can live comfortably. We talk at lengths in Arb Letter about what the major keys are for staying ahead in the new age:

• Owning assets

• Creating cash flowing businesses you own (and equity)

• Obtaining high paying base + bonus/variable compensation roles in sales/tech/finance or if not, law/medicine etc.

• Hedging your corporate job for layoffs with a side hustle

• Investing in the future (crypto/tech/AI/defense/metals/real estate)

Keeping up with the dramatic shifts in financial markets and personal economics can be difficult. We have soaring interest rates, a dollar that is constantly losing value, unaffordable homes, record debt, robotics companies, cryptocurrencies, blockchains, AI super companies, and a job market for young people that is on life support.

The future will look incredibly different from today, but it will reward those who are resilient, adaptable, and diversified. I stress that last point. SPREAD OUT where you keep your assets guys.

Every person you ask will have a different short term and long term forecast on what is coming but something seems pretty obvious to me.

Regardless of the short term, I think a few things are pretty much guaranteed now.

• We will continue to see asset prices climb and purchasing power erode, with periods of accelerating inflation unfolding alongside an AI, technology, and crypto revolution that reshapes how wealth is created and who captures it. There will be violent corrections along the way, but standing still financially while all of this unfolds is a risk of its own

• In our lifetime we will see a large technological black swan, be it a violent market correction, cyber attack, banking crisis, rogue AI agent or attack on infrastructure

Anthropic just came out THIS week saying that rogue AI agents had tried to gain access to US government sites. We learned through a recent report this year that terror groups had used AI to program drone swarms and used Claude for biological research that could support the development of bioweapons.

Just this week hackers remotely defrosted refrigerators at hundreds of French supermarkets, causing massive food spoilage nation wide. Polymarket currently has just a 35% chance that the Iran x US ceasefire holds through the end of the year while the situation in the Strait of Hormuz is driving insane volatility in global markets. In Europe, social unrest is surging as populations protest education, immigration, and a bleak job market.

To cap it all off, an ISIS inspired plot to shoot up the Mall of America was foiled by the FBI recently when they arrested 18-year-old Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud.

Threats are evolving and changing and so should our preparation.

Let’s get into it.

Andy: Good morning Sam and thanks for being with us, a week without banks, electronic payments, or internet. What do you want in place? Where do cash, metals, and goods fit?

Sam:

Most people think that’s a money problem. It isn’t. It’s a logistics problem.

When payment systems stop working, can your family eat, stay warm, and take meds for seven to fourteen days without buying anything? If yes, the outage will cause everyone around you to chimp out, but you and yours should be OK.

So my order is: Goods first, then cash or “trade-ables”, then metals, which are also trade-ables.

Goods. Two weeks of food, water, fuel, and prescriptions already in the house. That’s the bare minimum. Thirty days is better if you can afford it and have storage room

Cash. One month in small bills, nothing larger than $50s split between two spots. Small bills, because nobody makes change when the registers do not work assuming anything is open to begin with.

Metals. Metals are a long-term savings and inflation risk hedge but I do think there is great value in maintaining your metal positions physically, meaning in your possession, not in an ETF, or somewhere you can’t get to it. I am a big fan of US Silver dollars although most precious metal-heads will argue against paying the percentage over bullion. The reason I like silver dollars is it is awfully hard to fake the coin, they are easily recognized the world over and because you can have more of them on hand and therefore transact at lower units of scale than say gold pieces.

The odds of Bitcoin ripping past $90,000 remain very high with the odds on Polymarket sitting at 73% right now. Ethereum is coiled and alt coinsare showing impressive resilience.

There are three broad outcomes I see for society and the world if things continue on the current path.

We will walk through all three today.

Now of course I cannot predict the future perfectly but I feel fairly confident in laying out three main outcome possibilities when it comes to social class, wealth, and the condition of the Western world. Each takes it up a notch in terms of intensity and presents new challenges for all of us to address.

Today we will discuss all three, components of them, what to expect, and how you can navigate each if it comes to pass.

What Will The Future Look Like? How Can You Prepare for it?

I hinted at it on Substack in then notes section recently, but I think one of the more valuable thought exercises we can do right now is trying to pinpoint what the short to medium term future looks like in the West and around the world.

Thankfully, we aren’t throwing darts blindly, we have many data points to draw from to come up with likely scenarios.

God it feels good to print my old salary in just 24 hours.

It’s never been more obvious to me (than right now) that the majority of people are sidelined from this crypto rally that may or may not be the start of the next bull market.

Talk about max pain.

They never thought a rally would happen, or worse, they wrote the entire space off for good, chasing overpriced AI stocks and chip names.

The majority of people that had influence that I saw online, all came to the same genius conclusion: we would bottom late in 2026 and the bull run would not start until 2027.

It was groundbreaking stuff.

I took a different position (which you can go reference in the archives) saying that the crowd all expected the same thing and it wouldn’t surprise me if we moved earlier catching people by surprise.

In my humble monkey brained opinion, that is EXACTLY what happened.

Tonight (last night) Bitcoin is close to $87,000 (having completely shrugged off macro escalation, rate hikes, CLARITY failing, and endless other FUD). Ethereum just came back to life and alts/memes have been having their own mini bull market as new technology and platforms rapidly expand in the aftermath of the SEC/CFTCs regulatory hall pass.

The masses are almost always wrong.

Listen to your gut.

I am writing this with a sense of urgency today (forgive typos) because my gut tells me the bottom in crypto is more than likely in (or we are close as hell to it).

So speed matters, especially because this opportunity period for you to gain and advantage over the masses is finite.

Odds on Bitcoin reaching $85,000 by next year are climbing, sitting at almost 70% already on Polymarket.

There are a handful of times when I look back, where I write an Arb Letter guide that I know is going to be an important one, a guide that is going to change the way people look at a given opportunity and a guide that may enable them to see enormous success in markets (in this case crypto).

Two former ones that come to mind off the top of my head are:

Writing Arb Letter for 5+ years now has taught me many lessons on human psychology, especially when it comes to money.

People absolutely FLOCK to Arb Letter when we are in clear bull markets. They DM me asking me what to buy, what wallets or exchanges to use, which token is set to make someone generational wealth etc.

When things are more uncertain, they die off. They give up, they put their research and attention on the shelf and they chase other things with a more immediate dopamine feedback loop.

Additionally, most of you will remember the consensus from normies that we end up bottoming later this year. I challenged this head on, saying that seemed far too easy and expected, what would happen if we bottomed earlier and started to see signs of activity return prior to October?

My point isn’t to highlight one runner/winner we just had. My point is that when I tell you it’s time to start paying attention and easing back into the space, I’m not just doing that on some random hunch (there’s a reason we are consistently a crypto best seller on here).

It’s because I watch a bunch of different things including:

• Market structure - I watch whether Bitcoin is establishing higher lows, reclaiming the major moving averages, where it is holding previous resistance as support, and if it is recovering quickly after liquidations. I am not a technical genius by any means, but you can garner enough of this online to get a healthy sense of where the orange coin stands

• Liquidity conditions - I have said this countless times before and I will say it again - crypto ultimately runs on liquidity. I monitor the dollar, Treasury yields, central bank policy, global money supply, and whether financial conditions are beginning to loosen or not

• ETF and institutional flows (one of the larger signals) Are there Persistent inflows? Particularly during weak price action that might suggest that larger investors are quietly absorbing supply before retail sentiment improves (the answer has been yes recently……

• Bitcoin dominance vs alts and market breadth - We talk about the general order of things in the past, where Bitcoin normally leads a recovery. Then Ethereum strengthens, followed by major alt coins, smaller protocols, and finally the most speculative areas of the market. We’ve seen this order get chopped up a bit over the last 2 years though.

• On chain activity. This is HUGE right now. Watch active addresses, transaction volume, fees, developer activity, total value locked, and whether people are actually returning to these networks. Utility and revenue/fees will matter moving forward instead of ponzi vapor that defined previous runs.

  I checked before writing this and Visa’s on chain analytics now tracks more than $272 billion in circulating stablecoins and $10.2 trillion in adjusted transaction volume over the past 12 months. Those are some fat numbers.

• Regulatory direction, which we got a massive look into this week. A failed bill like CLARITY matters less if the certain regulatory agencies continue creating workable paths (the day after lol) for tokenization, stablecoins, custody, and institutional participation

• Retail sentiment. Ah yes the hordes of orcs at the gates of Isengard ready for their man flesh (tendies). The best opportunities rarely arrive when everyone feels comfortable and assured that they will make money. They emerge when interest is dead, people are rage quitting/pivoting to stocks, timelines are quiet, and the remaining holders are exhausted. It is the age of retail trading

• The Leadership beneath the surface recently. When overlooked tokens begin breaking out, new narratives start attracting capital, and speculative projects like NEARKAT suddenly find traction, it can signal that risk appetite is returning before the broader public notices or has any clue how to even access those plays

All of these data points, signals, and factors play into how you should think about the market comprehensively. Not only do they all for the most part, tell us that crypto is here for the next several decades, but they’re starting to tell us that things are heating up (whether or not prices at large reflect that just yet).

It’s time for you to pay attention again.

Just this week we saw the ever resilient Bitcoin power smash through a slew of negative headlines and remain consistent, chin up in defiance of deteriorating macro and FUD. Failed legislation wasn’t enough to dump the market and in fact, we saw that act as a spark for the space, with regulatory players swooping in to provide guidance and the outer realms of innovation in tokenization buzzing with activity.

In addition to this note, if I could send out a Paul Revere type crypto rider to warn you all yelling “The bull run is coming” I would.

I’m excited man, this stuff is going to have an epic run this time around.

This matters more than ever in the current world we live in. Inflation is ripping, costs are continuing to climb, gas prices are f*cked from Iran, home ownership is out of reach for millions… there really is only one way out and that is to transcend the wealth gap more rapidly.

You can ignore the opportunity and regret it forever, or simply skate to where the puck is going and get your exposure in order. You want to be early guys. Do not wait and begin making your trading or investment decisions from a position of high emotion, FOMO, or anger.

On the heels of our market primer yesterday (covering the major events this week) and our meme coin guide from Friday, we’re going to dive a bit deeper into some of the signals worth paying attention to in crypto and the broader market.

I don’t think most people understand just how silly things are getting (or how close we might be to a full blown mania phase that propels us higher). There are a great deal of people still sidelined.

Everyone is starting to spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

They are worried about all of the issues we covered yesterday: rate hikes, national debt, this dumb conflict in the Middle East, the nerds saying AI is going to murder us all, CLARITY passing/not passing, and so much more. We’ve got Kamala Harris, Obama, and many others weighing in on the threats of AI now.

Surely this is a psy op designed to mislead us!

For us in crypto land there are three questions this week:

• Will CLARITY Pass? (procedural vote at 2:15 pm ET today)

• What is the Fed going to do Wednesday?

• What will come of the vote on the Bitcoin reserve bill (ARMA) Wednesday?

Kind of wild how this whole host of catalysts aligned for this week.

People online are assigning a significant amount of weight to CLARITY passing/not passing.

The reality is, since the hype yesterday, the market has already heavily discounted passage. Polymarket right now shows odds falling with a 20% chance this thing passes in 2026…..(you can view how it is trending here). You can see where it spiked over 33% just yesterday.

A failed vote shouldn’t really surprise anyone, especially with the track record of our politician’s reliability over the last 5 years.

They are clowns.

Understand this key piece - there is a world where a failure could even prove constructive over the longer term. The current bill is the product of all kinds of political compromises involving stablecoin rewards, DeFi oversight, state enforcement powers and these ethics restrictions we kept hearing about over and over again.

Delaying passage may prevent the industry from becoming locked into this rushed or overly restrictive framework AND create an opportunity to produce cleaner legislation later.

The SEC and CFTC have already told us they intend to move if this fails. SEC Chair Paul Atkins explicitly said recently the SEC is prepared to write crypto rules if Congress fails to pass CLARITY and the CFTC is also moving forward under its existing authority while working with the SEC.

So this is not some end all be all, try to cut out the noise you’re seeing online.

THIS WILL create volatility, which is good for anyone looking to capitalize on all of the emotional trading we will likely see later today.

The quick reversal from Bitcoin we saw yesterday is curious to me. In the morning we had hype and odds for CLARITY passing going up but since it has reversed pretty strongly.

Makes me wonder if there are some games being played going into the vote this afternoon…..

Hope the week is going well gentlemen, consider yourself lucky if you happened to open this email before clocking out for the night. If you read it, you’re going to be far ahead of the general public when it comes to the next phase of risk on appetite and opportunities within crypto.

Financial markets have dialed up the insanity quite a bit this week. The headlines keep getting crazier and crazier on the heels of the OpenAI engineer who told us all that AI is going to kill us:

• The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is now above 7% (RIP buyers)

• U.S. home sellers outnumber buyers by 563,000 a record 58% gap (Hedgeye)

• Senate Republicans have released an updated version of the crypto Clarity Act following August recess negotiations (WatcherGuru)

• Odds of a Fed Rate Hike in September are soaring on Polymarket to 66% today

  

• Oil prices have climbed above $103/barrel with renewed strikes in the Middle East

• The Treasury Department said on Wednesday they will buy back up to $6 billion of government debt to keep “the bond market functioning”

• Brian Armstrong CEO of told CNBC recently he believes Bitcoin’s bottom is in and that $400,000 by 2030 is a "reasonable target”

• PPI came in relatively hot with producer prices rising 0.4% in August (they were 5.4% higher than a year ago) largely because of a sharp rise in energy prices. Core inflation was more subdued at +0.2% for the month

I think now is the perfect time to dive into where we stand with some of my favorite risk on assets (if you can call them that) for printing bands.

Meme coins.

The intellectually bankrupt, fundamentally worthless, occasionally life changing corner of the crypto market that everyone pretends to be above until a cartoon frog starts outperforming their entire portfolio or “expertly” constructed equities portfolio.

Beneath all of this market chaos, fear, and uncertainty I can you tell you that there are some big things brewing. I see them in chatrooms, on X, on social media, and in Discord/Telegram channels.

The people yearn for quick gains and profit to ascend them from the permanent underclass.

In order to profit on meme coins you need to be ruthless and understand that meme coins are concentrated bets on attention, liquidity, and culture. Most importantly though, you need to be early.

That is non negotiable.

That’s how you turn $500 into $100,000 or $5,000 into millions.

Make no mistake, if you choose to partake you are entering a savage player vs. player game that a small percentage of people walk away from unscathed. They either fall victim to greed, pushing positions too far OR miss the boat entirely by never putting in the time to see the winners early.

Attention is now the currency of the internet which is why when one of these ideas, themes, or metas catches on, it scorches the hesitant and lifts into orbit quicker than 99% of people can imagine. If you play them correctly, have some solid timing, and get in early, you can supercharge your portfolio before the bigger move up even begins.

I apologize for not getting this out yesterday but I was a bit pressed on time this weekend and over the Monday holiday.

We will have plenty of time to review markets, crypto opportunities, and more on Friday morning. I hope you listened to the last paid post on crypto, as our picks are looking prime right about now. In addition to that we had an absurd thread from an ex engineer at Anthropic who posted that he thinks there is a high chance that AI will kill us all (not joking) by 2030….

As of now odds they IPO by the end of October sit at 60% on Polymarket. A nice surprise to drop that thread right before eh!?

Today though we’re going to dive into the insane feminization of the Western World, given it has been a major theme in news (with the Lindsay Clancy trial), with economics (with 98/100 new jobs in the US in August going to women), and socially/politically with major right wing victories in Germany and growing calls for the repeal of the 19th Amendment in the US.

The gentle truth?

We entirely restructured and gutted institutions around a feminine worldview that increasingly treats traditionally masculine behavior as something to suppress while simultaneously destroying or outsourcing many of the institutions that historically gave men purpose, status, responsibility, and a path toward family formation.

Many women believe men are now useless.

There is no active war at home to fight. We let criminals run amok, so there’s no need for supporting law enforcement. Food, shelter, and entertainment is abundant for now. Social media and TikTok provide endless dopamine and opportunities to get attention. Onlyfans, porn, and thirst traps are par for the course for an alarming number of women.

Their boomer fathers support their lifestyles and then take to X like General Flynn last night to tell men they “just need to work harder”. They dominate many corporate roles and are in college at a higher rate than male counterparts. The government, state, and legal system favors them over men.

Their ideology on fertility, life, and family building is now changing as well.

A 2023 Pew Research Center survey said that almost half of US women didn’t view marriage as an important element of a fulfilling life, as reported by the Wall Street Journal, and almost 54% of women between the ages of 18-40 declared themselves as single, according to an analysis of census data by the Aspen Economic Strategy Group as well.

Marriage, sex, dating, etc. are one thing, but what people are beginning to see is that this hyper feminization of the US and Western society is going to be much more impactful than we realize.

The Lindsay Clancy case highlighted that there is a twisted anti male/victim complex alive and well within many women’s minds in this country (beta males as well). Most men look at something like that and are immediately disgusted and angered, but a surprising amount of women took to the internet to turn this event into the next culture war battleground.

At the exact same time, young men and women are separating politically, economically, romantically, and increasingly morally.

They are attending college at different rates. They are approaching marriage and children differently. They are consuming completely different information online. They are voting differently.

And increasingly (and most alarmingly), they don’t even seem to agree on the basic questions of who deserves sympathy, what constitutes accountability, what a family should look like, what a nation owes its citizens, or what men and women owe each other.

That is an extraordinarily dangerous fracture for our civilization……..

Recognizing What’s Taken Place

Accurately diagnosing the serious predicament the West is in right now requires you to begin with biology and with what has transpired over the last 20 years.

We moved from expanding the options available to women toward building a feminist culture and economy that increasingly treats one particular option: the career first, economically independent, perpetually productive individual, as the highest form of success.

Right alongside this, there’s been an extensive war on men and masculinity.

Unless you’ve found yourself on nicher parts of the internet over the last several years, you may not have stumbled upon the slang “Longhouse”.

This term (alluding to northeastern Native American societies, where women held central leadership, economic, and social power as the heads of the matrilineal longhouse communities) is used to describe modern Western society as an over regulated, matriarchal, and overly communal environment that stifles individualism and traditional masculine values.

And regardless of whether the term offends you or not, you don’t need to look far to see the allegory.

• Schools dominated by female teachers

• Massive corporate HR departments (72% of all HR jobs) who now control hiring

• Huge surges in corporate roles for women driven by selective hiring (recently it was 98%)

• College campuses (58% of all students)

• The rise of Onlyfans, influencers, and social media

• Divorce laws, legal precedents, etc.

Our society discourages traditional male traits and qualities (the ones that built nations). I can’t tell you how rampant this all was when I was in corporate. It was wild. You could tell when your normal aggression, initiative, directness, or boldness rubbed people (and women the wrong way). It was seen as a micro-aggression. Your politics if you weren’t a complete soyboy, suddenly became a billboard simply by the way you conducted yourself.

It was wild to watch. It got 10x worse when Covid hit.

Let’s start today with a quote from one of my favorite rappers Kevin Gates.

Yes we are doing a Friday post before Labor Day Weekend against my better judgement but I think there’s simply too much to cover today to punt it until Tuesday.

You will probably be happy to hear that I am quite bullish on this fine almost Fall morning, though I also think there are some major trends that demand our immediate attention and consideration.

The odds of the Federal Reserve hiking rates in September now sits at almost 53%. Equities are beginning to chop again. Iran is unsettled. AI updates are almost hourly now. The entire nation is reeling from the outcome of a trial in which a woman murdered her three children (absurd amounts of women are trying to defend her actions).

Let’s cut through all of that and get to what matters for you. The humble solider of markets trying to make a name for himself, stay sane, and get ahead of the next major trend.

If you like making money and staying in the loop pay attention brother, this will be worth the read before you sign off before the weekend.

Rest assured most people you come across in your daily life are still miles behind on the topics we will discuss today.

First off crypto.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that if you haven’t taken a moment to consider the possibility that the bottom is in, you may be behind the ball now.

Many of our calls are printing now with some of the positions 40%+ into the money. I can tell you right now there are two personal indicators that tell me you are still early (for now).

For starters, throughout market cycles I see major influxes in free and paid subscriptions. It makes sense, people lurk and then only come back for the good posts when the market is ripping.

The ironic part is the paid subs who stay during the bear market are the ones who catch moves like $ZEC. I have not seen this influx yet and when I do, I will tell you, as it generally marks the official start of a leg much higher.

Then you have the lack of messages for advice on positioning. Last bull run I had an endless deluge of personal DMs about folks asking what they should buy and how they should position. That hasn’t picked up to levels I have seen historically.

Bottom line is you still have time. For now.

Today we are going to go through a revised watchlist, where the money is flowing, a few assetsI am very bullish on right now, and what I think is going to happen before year end, especially as we await a Federal Reserve decision in September.

Crypto is now colliding with several of the largest forces shaping the next decade at exactly the same time:

• Institutional adoption

• Changing monetary policy

• Enormous fiscal deficits

• Stablecoins

• Tokenization

• AI/robotics/automation

• A massive digital economy, that will only continue growing

I literally cannot oversell this economic opportunity for you and your bloodline.

Second, the AI revolution continues to charge ahead with the release of OpenAI’s new model Astra. I have to be honest, when I took a look at their promotional video for this model it was the first genuine time I stopped and said “yeah this is going to permanently alter the workforce, job availability, and society in general”.

The capability is astounding and can be applied in limitless way to optimize, replace, and enhance workflows, tasks, and research.

For the last few years I think it is safe to say the debate has largely centered around whether AI will or can help you do your job. I think we are rapidly approaching the point where the more uncomfortable question is now how much of your job actually requires you to be present at all lol.

Here is the deal guys, for Arb Letter readers, I really think the takeaway is going to be less about trying to predict the exact date AGI officially takes over and more about recognizing where this ball is moving (alongside crypto, digital assets, robotics, AI in general, etc.)

The career you have or want, your investments, your business, and the skills you encourage your children to develop are going to exist in a world where intelligence itself is becoming:

• Cheaper

• Faster

• Abundant

That is an extraordinary opportunity if you position yourself and others correctly.

But it is also an enormous risk if you assume the world five years from now will operate anything like the world today.

Hint: it won’t be.

Generally I like to steer away from the hurried approach of telling people time is running out but in this case on the fronts of AI and crypto, I genuinely think the window is closing if you want to ensure you are on the right side of this trade for years to come.

Those who miss out will be in a world of hurt and financial struggle.
